I really love alle of your meditations for sleep, relaxation and/or anxiety. I just have one request: will you consider the sound level in your videoes? I’m listening to them in headset just before sleep and this video (for example) is simply too ‘loud’ even at my phones lowest sound level. The “calm sleep” and “blissfull sleep” are perfect 👌🏼 I find many of them too high in Sound level for me to relax, which is too bad ❤️

I really love alle of your meditations for sleep, relaxation and/or anxiety. I just have one request: will you consider the sound level in your videoes? I’m listening to them in headset just before sleep and this video (for example) is simply too ‘loud’ even at my phones lowest sound level. The “calm sleep” and “blissfull sleep” are perfect 👌🏼 I find many of them too high in Sound level for me to relax, which is too bad ❤️

I hope that when this is over, I can somehow repay you. You even modified your messages that reflected the fact that I cannot breath thru my nose from a lifelong deviated septum.

Now I have it at 59.
However I am lucky to be able to stay at home and be safe in a tiny studio condo in Boston.
