The ride is much smoother now and my stress level has leveled, thanks to your meditations. I listened to 'Becoming your Authentic Self so many times! A real winner for me. Just wonderful words, beautiful voice and such positive reinforcement .Thank YOU! ❤️
I have a fever of 101.5 and can’t lay down and rest. There’s a nasty flu going around and I got it from my parents. My instinct is to be angry that mom moved over to my side of the house because now I can’t work and have to cancel a trip 😢 with my childhood best friend. I’m in so much pain and the lymphadema is NOT helping because I can’t even shower with my legs wrapped up. So not okay 🥺🤧😔 Good opportunity perhaps to practice using humor and self care to pull myself out of this quicksand I’ve landed in. I don’t HAVE to moan and groan every time I feel like a lung has popped out of my throat. Maybe there is a chair I can be in upright so as not to wake myself choking on this alien green poison. Sorry for the long post. I wish I could sit out in fresh air and sleep outside. Just not practical. Feels like I’m dying, my head is pounding so hard. Can’t catch my breath. Refuse to visit hospital as I know it is viral and there’s nothing they can do.
