  • Healing PFPS is rarely straightforward for people. There is usually a lot of trial and error involved making it a rollercoaster of flare ups and relief.
But we've cracked how to consistently see success in helping people recover for the long-term from patellofemoral pain syndrome.
And it's not using any secret medication, special injection, or state-of-the-art surgery...that's what the majority of healthcare professionals will talk about.
We use solid, foundational principles that almost seem common sense once people learn about them.
In this video, Dr. David shares 4 keys to success to heal chronic knee pain from patellofemoral pain syndrome.

    Hi David
Your videos are unbelievably helpful. I was sposed to have BKR nearly 3yrs ago.
OA took years to be bone on bone..& it’s not going to heal(?) over weeks.
I have done your exercises and listened to your amazing advice for 2yrs. I’ve list 25kg and at my ideal weight. I do aqua aerobics and had strong glutes/pelvic/core and my mobility is sooo much better. I take very few paracetamol/nsaids anymore and I’m thrilled that I have little pain. I now want to move on to stage 4 .. more landbased exercise I think.
    I can’t thank you enough!!
BUT ppl need to know that this is not going to happen overnight and you need to concentrate ALL the time!
Stretch and retrain hamstrings with bend over., etc. Squeeze your butt every time you sit down/up (Eg squat) always being aware of how can I work my glutes. Even in the car driving-(or in a theatre or meeting) dig my heels in and squeeze my butt.. it’s constant.
    Many thanks 🙏🙏🙏🌸👏

This is great information! We also should get a biomechanical gait checkup and spine checkup. If one member of the body hurts the whole body suffers.

Manuel, I'm seeing many red light infrared contraptions for knees for sale nowadays. Could we have your take on this remedy for knee pain? Thanks.

Thanks, Dr. David! I definitely need to strengthen my gluten again because lately, my knees have been acting up again. I have a question. I sleep on my sides, and at night, from the area of my hip to near the top of my leg side area hurts like crazy when i'm on one side too long, so I'm constantly twisting, and turning through out the night, is there any exercises I should be doing to help the pain to go away for good! I hardly sleep because of the pain.

I am about phase 1.8-2. Slowly cycling at heart rate zone 1-2 I max out with 25 km with pain starting at 18 km. This is 25 % more than in the end of last year in a country of 8 winter/spring/fall months. Slow success but real advance nonetheness.

You can get most of the information through his play lists. The recovery programs that you buy is more organized and laid out for you on a daily basis. I bought the 28 day knee recovery program for $97 and it’s the best money that I ever spent. My knee is doing so much better now!
