WORKED!! 💯 I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS DESCALING MY K EXPRESS. LITERALLY STRUGGLING. I FOUND THIS VIDEO AND IT WAS A SUCCESS. I HAD TO DO EVERY STEP MEEM SUGGESTED ❤ THANK YOU SO MUCH! I EVEN BOUGHT A WATER FILTER AND INSTALLED IT.
Excellent video. Although not necessary, you might want to add in the beginning to remove any used K-Cup first, remove the K-cup holder, wash it, wipe down the area where it goes, and clean out the little reservoir under the mug.
Thank you very much, Yes, I hoped this was common sense so I didn't want to make my video longer for these points, but thank you I appreciate you bringing it to everyone's attention 😊
I have followed the instructions to a T and I am standing here as we speak on my 10 th descale cycle and my light still will not turn off I’ve made sure the needle was clean and that coffee pod well same with the water reservoir.
I followed these steps and was able to get the light to turn off. I had to do 4 full reservoirs (1 with descaling solution and 3 with fresh water) before the descale light FINALLY turned off.
I have had two of these and both once the descale light came on it never went off now matter how often I would descale it. I thought the first might have just gone bad so replaced it. I'll buy a more advanced model one day.
oh, it seems to be detecting some coffee grounds, have you tried cleaning the needle area and the water reservoir connection area? not really sure why the light doesn't go off.
My descale didn’t turn on for over 3yrs and when I followed the descale process it basically stopped working. When I try and turn it on the descale light just flashes once for half a second.
oh no! Have you tried unplugging it for at least 30 mins, then try again? Do you run fresh water cycles every so often since you haven't descaled for over 3 years? Ideally, you want to be descaling every 3 months.
Have you also tried to clean out the needle area and the water reservoir area? If it's not working the machine is sensing coffee deposits stuck somewhere.
@@MeemReviews Thank you…will try a fourth time! But I gotta tell you…this is just a way for these makers to make money! I will go back to a percolator !!!!!
Did you get the descale light to go off? 💡
Thank you again, was able to descale my Keurig Express K with no difficulties!
You are most welcome, I'm glad it worked, thanks for letting us know! 🤗
Thank you so much MiLady, this was an excellent video!
You are most welcome, glad it helped!

Awesome! Thank you very much. I have the exact Keurig and had no idea how to put it in Descale mode. Your tutorial showed me perfectly! Much obliged!!
You're welcome! Glad I could help! 😊
I still can't figure it out!!!! Ughhhh!

Thank-you !! Worked perfectly , took about (4 ) 12 oz rinse cycles for light to go off.
You're welcome! I'm glad it helped! Thanks for sharing! 😊

Oh wow, that's a lot. Thank you for sharing. These Keurig machines are very inconsistent!
Thank you, very helpful!

Thank you! I got to the bottom of it! Clean K-cup machine! ✨

That filter holder is very hard to open from that tower to replace the filter.
press both sides and squeeze it in tight - it's likely just the first time you open it - if it's still hard - run it under hot water 👍🏼
I can’t turn off the descale light
Have you tried cleaning the needle area and water reservoir area, it's sensing some coffee deposits stuck somewhere.
Thank you, its not self explanatory
You’re welcome! Yes, each Keurig has its own set of descale instructions, not necessarily what the bottle reads! 😏
WRONG, DOESN'T WORK..
Have you also tried to clean out the needle area and the water reservoir area? If it's not working the machine is sensing coffee deposits stuck somewhere.
Me either! This is stupendously aggravating. Why soooo many steps?
@@veramariecano289Yeah! Didn't work for me either! Tried twice! Going in the garbage if 3rd attempt unsuccessful!
@@CplLe52irRC I’m ready to take a HAMMER to the darned thing!!! I tried three times! Guess what? Still the “Descale” light is on!!!

You should demonstrate descaling on various models of keurigs because your video is no help for me and many others you should have more variety
I have. You can find some of them on my channel.
There are numerous videos for other models on you tube
Very helpful thanks.
You're welcome! 😁
