I loved this video! Not only the bread looks delicious, the fact that you explained how things work - like why we should scald the milk - is really fantastic! Gorgeous and educational! 😍
so cute I saw another video for making the pumpkin shape and she left twine on it while it baked in the shape of a pumpkin and it cooked beautiful and stayed rounded just like a pumpkin
This is a neat trick!! Seems so easy to try so we’ll see how they turn out! And YES... honey butter is the perfect addition on top! Thanks a whole bunchie bunch😉
These will be perfect at thanksgiving! Really liked your explanation of bread making and why you do certain things, like scald the milk. Thank you! Susan from Texas
Your video was fantastic, and so inspiring. I am making these today for Thanksgiving tomorrow, and your tips and insights have made me feel my first foray into bread/rolls will be a success! Thank you!
Tessa, I love these rolls, they are Soooooo cute. Since I've started watching your videos, I have purchased a good digital scale, and always weigh my ingredients instead of going by size. Much more accurate and actually easier! Thank you. I have one question about the pumpkin rolls. I am not a big fan of pumpkin flavor, and was wondering if I could leave out the pumpkin puree? Should I replace it with something else for the moisture / texture?
Ah that makes me so happy to hear!!! Hmm I'm not sure about the pumpkin puree. This recipe was actually based off my Ultimate Dinner Roll recipe, so you might have luck going off that recipe: www.handletheheat.com/ultimate-dinner-rolls/
Made these today and they turned out beautiful! If I want to make 30 rolls next time do I just double the ingredients or do I need to make a single batch twice?
I just love these Tessa, those are super cute. Loved this video thank you. Could you please make a pumpkin crumb cake? Like a pumpkin cake with a nice crumb topping on top.
I am making mine. Now it's resting, what if does not rise, is because the yeast is defective? OMG, i am so nervous. It's my first time. LOL. Oh well if it gets though our something else. I tried again tomorrow.
Thanks for the video. But I didn't really get to see the finished product. You didn't show it. We got, literally, a 2 second glimpse!? I would have preferred you to show the bread, pick it up, open it up, show us the inside etc...

If we don't have a mixer to make the dough, what exactly is good to make it? Knives? Hands? Please let me know.
Amazing video. Thumbs up👍
Made these today and they turned out beautiful! If I want to make 30 rolls next time do I just double the ingredients or do I need to make a single batch twice?
Doubling should be fine as long as your mixer has the capacity!
So cute! :) Something unique... We need this at our Halloween party...
That would be perfect!
it looks delicious😋 ...Will try them
Let me know what you think :)
I just love these Tessa, those are super cute. Loved this video thank you. Could you please make a pumpkin crumb cake? Like a pumpkin cake with a nice crumb topping on top.

Can regular yeast be used instead of rapid rise yeast?
Can I freeze this dough? and then defrost overnight because I want to bake early morning and take to work fresh warm buns.
I like your video
If i double the recipe can i put the bread dough all together or separated
Do you mean in the mixer? It'll depend on the size of your mixer bowl.
okay thank you
What temperature?
Do you taste the pumpkin in these rolls? If so, would the design work if I used a different bread roll recipe?
It's a very mild pumpkin flavor :)
