their back story is My friend told me they were getting off the freeway at Steven's Creek/Lawrence on 280S and they were slowing down because it was an offramp. This guy came out of no where and came up on his rear REALLY fast and began tail gating the whole way off the off ramp. Friend turned right onto Steven's creek and then went to turn right on Tantau. While making the right, the dude started honking his horn and flashing his highbeams. Started screaming at them, and then when they got to the red light, the dude went to the turn lane (left of them) and was screaming at them, and then threw the drink at them the fact they felt the need to say "they were slowing down" hints that it wasnt a normal or expected behavior and is probably what started the whole ordeal

@@MrIrishalley It's a peak-only lane reserved for buses and taxis from 6:30am to 9:30am, Monday's through Friday's. It was 12:38pm at the time of filming. Therefore, the driver was well within his rights to use that lane. There was a line up because a lot of people were waiting in the left turn lane which only appears after you come up the underpass. Causing a filtering problem. A lot of people tend to avoid the bus lane because after a few blocks it becomes a parking lane and people like to avoid it ahead of time.

3:29 I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this in the comments: the beater didn't show any brake lights; you can clearly see it slowed down but the lights didn't come on. Of course cammer should have been more aware, but in this case it should be 50/50...or am I wrong?
2:09 No.7 Possible insurance fraud, or insanity.
2:46 No.8 Why did you let yourself get so close, nothing happened, say they braked, had an engine problem, especially as reckless as they were being, but if you hit them it would be down to you.
6:36 I think you need another camera!
to the person at the 6:20 mark remove the second Dashcam you have, you only need one at the front, and seeing as the one below the original DC is in the way it can be considered as blocking information that police might need including your insurance provider
Hey I'm the OP for that clip. Actually the recording dashcam isn't actually a dashcam. It's a backup mirror that also has a front facing camera. I uploaded footage using my mirror camera since the actual dashcam you see in front of it wasn't able to capture a wide angle view considering I was at an angle to join the road. Hope this clear things up.
@@reeda9358 i see the police found the cyclist at fault but whats the reason behind the white diamond lane that only one car is useing?
@@MrIrishalley It's a peak-only lane reserved for buses and taxis from 6:30am to 9:30am, Monday's through Friday's. It was 12:38pm at the time of filming. Therefore, the driver was well within his rights to use that lane. There was a line up because a lot of people were waiting in the left turn lane which only appears after you come up the underpass. Causing a filtering problem. A lot of people tend to avoid the bus lane because after a few blocks it becomes a parking lane and people like to avoid it ahead of time.
@@reeda9358 makes sense, thank you
#15 doing exactly what all morons that blindly turn into traffic do.. Don't even look, just dart across and hope for the best.
9:53 the cammer is going 72 MPH and states they could smell weed from the car that passed them, that has to be the dumbest statement I've ever heard.........and Yes I know what weed smells like.
Number 5 was obviously a dangerous situation I always approach those with caution. It's a big blindspot.
3:02: Nuance: Police don't convict, they merely charge. Courts convict.
#14 guy was 100 percent high on fentynal. I'm from Washington state so I see zombies like this all the time.
6:35
Y0 Dawg, i heard you like dashcams, so now you got a dashcam taking video of your dashcam taking video!
At 3:22 the comment is incorrect. Please people, the word "claims" means "is lying, not telling the truth." But obviously the teenager _was_ telling the truth. No one drives into another car like that when they see the other car. All of the accidents shown in this collection, happen because someone does not see the other car.
24. How did that land splitter cause you any grief?
Envy, I guess🤷♂️
Might be illegal in that state.
its illegal in texas
#2 how many people were waiting for the light to turn green and everything in the truck to spill out, raise your hands .
9:30 I don't know, maybe they couldn't. But they didn't really inconvenience you.
Sometimes you lose patience with how slow some people do the most common things in traffic and get a bit annoying, so it goes both ways, aggressive annoying vs. lethargic annoying. Neither is good, but both are present on the road.
lane splitting is illegal in texas, its basically cutting in line
1:30 Coming in kinda hot through that parking lot it seems to me. Long line of stopped cars, yeah I'll just zoom past them.
3:02 Says the guy that came up fast behind the Prius and intimidated them. Probably scared them into that attempted lane change. 🤦♀
@5:49 Anyone from Portland would recognize the heroin zombie walk!
6:04 Drugs are bad everybody. Does this look like a good time to you? Stop wasting your lives...
7:38 What is this place they drove on? It can't be identified. Someone planted marshmallows in a pond?
1:28 why were the cars in the lane next to the cammer even stopped ? they have the right of way.
They're turning into the Costco... I live in this town and that backs up all the time. Right after you turn in, it's another right turn into the Costco Gas. It's always busy and you get this happening
Trying to be "nice"
@@markdyckinbc they have the right of way and shouldnt let the one with a stop sign go first
@@yungkidnf dont be nice follow the rules
@@DJJumpdancer Looks to me like there was oncomming traffic blocking their turn then they couldn't go because the guy at the stopsign to their right was crossing.
#23 That is DEFINITELY a Maryland thing.
Nobody gives two shits for anyone else's safety until you walk in not wearing a mask...
2:29 After watching this one from the start, this looks like an obvious insurance scammer.
4:06 - Are there absolutely zero construction and use regulations for cars in the USA?
Clip #11 has an amazing collection of stupid looking cars.
4:04: You mean that 'donks' don't have good handling? Gee, wh'od a' thunk it???
#14 I think that's tranq. I've only seen a few people on it though
6:50 the driver of the red car should be t fault. She is in a HOV lane and is all by herself. Look at the star on the road.
5:59 "Why do I always get stuck in these situations..." lol, I know it's NY, but, uhh... how often do you get stuck in these situations?
Haha it's cuz literally 2 days prior I got stuck in the police chase seen in this video too. I had a eventful week lol
#24 I don't get why this clip deserved to be here...nothing happened other then a motorcycle lane splitting in stopped traffic.
ILLEGALLY lane splitting.
8:55 Hey Anonymous, that's some really bad driving in your clip. Imagine panicking and braking that hard in the fast lane, you could have caused some serious crashes. Ever heard of defensive driving? It can be proactive as well as reactive, use your horn and accelerate past next time. Don't allow yourself to be pushed off the road and don't enable them.
Using the horn an excelerating often still results in the other car sideswiping them, though that way too much braking.
Where is the video I submitted last week?
5:22 How in the world do you live, work or travel in Brooklyn, NY or any major metropolitan city and don't know the tell tell signs of a heroin addict is beyond me???
Idk I never been around any1 on heroin.
@@shanigofman123 I didn't say "be around" anyone on heroin. Read it again.
Chances are if you live in a major metropolitan area or ever seen a movie or TV show about drugs the heroin nod is not difficult to recognize.
@rafaelthomas4174 I wasn't saying that you said "be around." That was me explaining why even being born and raised in NY, I never knew the signs. As for movies or shows, I've watched very few just because I like different genres. But not enough to know the signs specifically for heroin.
@@shanigofman123 Sheesh, what part of NY did you grow up in?!?!? I mean I know that many parts of Manhattan and especially Brooklyn have drastically changed since I was a youngster due to gentrification but unless you've been shielded your entire life I'm surprised that you're unfamiliar. However, it isn't hard to find footage of someone experiencing a "heroin nod" online since you've never witnessed it in life or on TV.
@rafaelthomas4174 long island, queens & brooklyn. Went to a private Jewish school. Sheltered upbringing overall. As I grew up, of course I was exposed to more but the point is specifically this "heroin nod" never was apparent to me. Even if I maybe watched a video on it 1x in past i certainly didnt retain that enough to spot it right away. I know that ppl on drugs ppl act loopy but Ive seen that with drunk ppl too. Idk why it's so shocking to believe Im not knowledgeable of the concept of the "heroin nod"
11: next time don’t add a caption, just let the video talk..
Guy in the second video… kudos 👊🏿👍🏿
#11 finally I get to see one of those stupid things crash.
