#17 As I've previously said, most vehicles (including SUV's) can handle an emergency lane change, or one whip as I like to call it. The onus is on the driver NOT to whip the steering wheel back to their intended lane of travel. Keep the steering wheel centered until the vehicle settles before making any further inputs (especially the brakes), and gradually return to your travel lane. If there's someone already occupying the 'emergency' lane, take the hit and hope you have a dashcam or witnesses who can accurately corroborate what transpired.
#15 Gotta hand it to the guy though... he had his chains engaged. Smart and safe. Good job. Most likely it was the clamp on the hitch. Either was loose or it broke. And then the big bump just dislodged the tongue and off it came....
1:11 At first I thought *no way* is this guy gonna speed up to block the other car & move up to cross over the lane itself to make it even worse & also put the unrelated/innocent driver in front of him at risk, all at an off-ramp... but boy is my face red! 🤷🤷♀🤷
At 4:45. How can you not know you hatch is open. The noise would be overwhelming. Not to mention a different view out the rear view mirror. It’s amazing folks like this are able to function in society.
@4:15 you can see the driver get into the vehicle at the beginning of the clip, and it's a lane. Why would you not check to make sure the vehicle was still parked or that there wasn't a bicyclist coming up? Yes, of course it is your fault. Also, they didnt start moving after you changed lanes, they started moving as you started changing lanes. In this conflict of interest, the other vehicle has control of the lane and you should have yielded to them.
#10 4:20 The level of situational unawareness with which some people out there drive is utterly astounding. How can you NOT know that your tailgate is wide open? First, it would be very noisy. Second, there has got to be some kind of dinger and indicator light on the dash telling you your tailgate is open. Third, you wouldn't see your normally-closed tailgate in the rear view mirror. But these unaware people are undoubtedly the same ones who drive around everywhere with their high beams on. They don't know what that bright blue indicator on their dash is, and they probably don't even know HOW to turn the high beams on or off!
Pretty sure #7 wasn't trying to run a scam. No backup lights, so he wasn't "backing into" the guy. I'm guessing he had the car in neutral, and wasn't pressing the brakes hard enough.
Yours is the most logical explanation out of the various zany explanations found on the other channels. And, yungkidnf, I agree that it *could* be a scam, but the guy should have been on a steeper incline.
Yeah I think it was an accident. Usually when people try and cause an accident for scam purposes, they get out of the car in a rage. Totally playing up being the victim. This guy seemed genuinely confused and surprised about what had just happened. Also, people who cause intentional accidents tend to swing for the fences and aim for a large payday. This was almost a non-event.
Now there's one to stereotype 4:18 lol. The lady and the Volvo and the dog, what a combo ;). Glad no pooches were harmed in the making of this video :D.
@1:20 I think you mean "Must make content! Bad cammer must never allow someone to cut in front of them so speed up to block them from merging and blare your horn because tiny penis energy is more important than basic road safety". Remember kids, having a dashcam means you're always right even if you act like a moron and nearly cause an easily avoidable accident.

1:06, 3:56, 6:36 1:06 - Hey Bucko! Slow down. This whole situation wouldn't have been an issue for you if you had been slowing down for this exit. 3:56 - I saw the driver of the truck shut their door. So I'd have been giving dirty side eye that way as I moved into that lane. 6:36 - Don't engage. Let the police engage them, like they did later. They can have their shoulder party and you can have your whatever music party.

#9 I noticed the door closing. That usually means the driver is going to be pulling away from the curb as soon as they start the vehicle. That's not the best time and place for you to decide to change lanes. #12 They might have looked your way but it could have been right before you became visible. Then they committed to going right as you appear.
2:36 I just can’t believe people behave like that chevy Malibu driver, good god. He let his foot off the gas and that’s why the car came rolling back into the cammer’s car.
1:22 Bad driver never miss exit? Worse driver can't tap his break and just let him in but has to scare the sh** out of the driver in front of him to prove a point no one cares about, risks causing an accident as if it's going to change anything and then thinks he's actually in the right. Iyt's like playing a chess with a pigeon; you knock all the pieces over, sh** on the board and then strut around like you did something great. You're a danger to everyone on the road around you. Just read the other comments.
0:20 wow, this clip was just recorded today, 06/29/2023, but the video was uploaded 3 weeks ago. Only mistake, today's not a Mon day, but a Thursday...
I really don’t understand passing someone then coming to a stop. I myself like to drive fast and sometimes yeah I get annoyed by slow drivers, but if im gonna pass someone i am then trying to go past them and keep going. Getting mad and stopping completely defeats the purpose of passing someone in the first place.
5:40 This dashcam is practically useless due to the placement being so high on a pick-up. If that car had run, they'd be out of luck with the plate, make, model, and a description of the driver. Definitely need to move that.
I agree with Seeker. If someone passes me doing 10 over; so what. That's what the cops are for. The cammer had no business blowing the horn at someone that just passed and posed no threat to them. Pure idiocy.
An open question to all the dash cam submitters that had the right of way but could have easily avoided the accident: Was it actually worth the hassle of being right? Did the insurance companies pay you an inconvenience fee" Were you compensated for all the time and effort of being right or not at fault? We all dream about holding our ground and sending the clueless drivers into the jersey barrier, or pitting them into a different time zone, but I just wonder if it's worth it.
Is the first clip a look into the future? I'd like be at the site of this video on the 29th to see if it actually happens then, considering it's only June 8th, 2023.

#3 WHAT? you're blaming the people in the red car for 'creeping up on the light before it changes"? NO. It's not their fault the guy in the pickup truck was not paying attention.
1:22 why the hell do people insist on continuing to drive and accelerate when somebody cuts them off move in front of them or what is it worth an accident rather than step on the break?
1st clip - It appears cammer has some kind of time machine or alternative universe portal and I want one (I play poker a lot). Date stamp is Monday, 29th June 2023. Not only is it June 8th at the time of this post, but this year June 29th falls on a Thursday. (Yes, I know it's a classic case of date and time stamp being wrong, but I like my idea better.)

@@Earthneedsado-over177 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
1:11 At first I thought *no way* is this guy gonna speed up to block the other car & move up to cross over the lane itself to make it even worse & also put the unrelated/innocent driver in front of him at risk, all at an off-ramp... but boy is my face red! 🤷🤷♀🤷
That lyin' SOS! 🤣
Busted by the dashcam!
Love how the person in the 4th clip sped up just to not let the person in then probably resumed their slower speed
3:25 it was a legal pass, cammer just thinks he's speed enforcement
#1 No injuries?? I can't believe it!!
Also the video is from the future somehow 😂
1:15 "Bad driver never backs off and gives somebody room after they make a mistake" FIFY
Pretty sure #7 wasn't trying to run a scam. No backup lights, so he wasn't "backing into" the guy. I'm guessing he had the car in neutral, and wasn't pressing the brakes hard enough.
That's kind of how some scammers do it, though.
Remember kids, having a dashcam means you're always right even if you act like a moron and nearly cause an easily avoidable accident.
you see things in dashcam videos that are more incredible than the biggest scientific discoveries
#16 is not new - its old video from many years ago - you can't copyright that video since it is also on other channels, too.
0:44 now thats how you drive a Prius
7:16 did he really almost hit you ? 🤔
almost only counts in horseshoes and thermonuclear device blasts.
@@DeweyCheatumNHoweLLC Don't forget hand grenades.

Most state and provincial laws require a beard and a dirty high-vis jersey to drive a lifted pickup.

That’s so scary! Her dog must’ve been scared the whole time. I know mine would’ve been, she’s a big chicken ❤😂
Do you guys need a proofreader for your commentary?
They're attempted to needed an prooofreeders.
The commentary comes from the cammers themselves
Copy and paste directly from the videos or from the submitted commentary. Any editing can be seen as an act of censorship, which becomes problematic when trying to use fair use laws.
4:58 parked in the middle of the street what did you think would happen?
7:23 I will never understand why people over react on these situations Just slowly merge left away and honk. apply the brakes evenly and slowly and you avoid it.... damn mystery
7:16 I seen this clip before because it’s really old and it pops up when you search shoulder drivers
The amount of road rage here is shocking. It's a road, not a battleground, people!
7:00 the music with the cop is way too funny
always makes me go “oh damn” when i see a prius haul ass
1:06, 3:56, 6:36
1:06 - Hey Bucko!
3:00 buddy really tried. But good job hall moniter 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 that'll surely teach him
1:06 Bad drivers never miss his exit ... *ssholes make sure of it.
3:18 Road monitor with a dashcam.
4:12 Yes, of course.
5:05 Naked mole rats should not have driving permits.
5:35 Like I said, naked mole rats should not be driving cars.
7:21 Cammer can't read traffic flow and even worst ... no driving skills !
1:15 That was rude, cammer. Silly of you to share video proof of you driving dangerously.
If cammers didn't drive like idiots, we'd have nothing to watch.
Yeah, the others were driving perfectly fine though.. Cammer could've done different, but it was the other 2 who were way more dangerous..
@@MazTheWizard Other than the eternal left, WTH did the red car do?
These videos are very scary because things like this could get worse luckly no one was hurt.😟
#9 I noticed the door closing. That usually means the driver is going to be pulling away from the curb as soon as they start the vehicle. That's not the best time and place for you to decide to change lanes. #12 They might have looked your way but it could have been right before you became visible. Then they committed to going right as you appear.
I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw #9 too!
0:46 Creeps up on light before it changes and then says "Don't creep up on the light before it changes"
2:05 how many times does it have to be stated, NEVER TELL THEM YOU HAVE A DASHCAM!
4:19 how can somebody be so unobservant and unaware of their surroundings that they let this happen unnoticed?
I really don’t understand passing someone then coming to a stop. I myself like to drive fast and sometimes yeah I get annoyed by slow drivers, but if im gonna pass someone i am then trying to go past them and keep going. Getting mad and stopping completely defeats the purpose of passing someone in the first place.
1:23 - Must close gap. a good driver never lets someone in front of them!
5:40 This dashcam is practically useless due to the placement being so high on a pick-up. If that car had run, they'd be out of luck with the plate, make, model, and a description of the driver. Definitely need to move that.
7. Never tell a scammer you got a camera until after you talk to the cops.
#4 Dan Theman (1:11) Yes, "Bad driver never miss his exit." On the other hand, equally bad driver never let him over.
6:43 one thing I have learned watching these videos is that some people enjoy really terrible music.
Wow that guy hates Prius's so much he knew the damn year of it
8. I’ll say this again, I don’t understand how folks in a rush have the time to stop, get out, and confront someone.
Why do you assume he was in a rush just because he LEGALLY passed that crybaby cammer?
I agree with Seeker. If someone passes me doing 10 over; so what. That's what the cops are for. The cammer had no business blowing the horn at someone that just passed and posed no threat to them. Pure idiocy.
#3 did you really just blame the victim that got hit?
An open question to all the dash cam submitters that had the right of way but could have easily avoided the accident: Was it actually worth the hassle of being right? Did the insurance companies pay you an inconvenience fee" Were you compensated for all the time and effort of being right or not at fault? We all dream about holding our ground and sending the clueless drivers into the jersey barrier, or pitting them into a different time zone, but I just wonder if it's worth it.
4:13 Yes, because you didn't signal as required prior to your lane change.
4:08 cammer got hit for being impatient?
3:23 Dude, why even honk there? It's a passing zone.
1:15 hybrid braking does not always activate the brake lights, I am sick of it.
Is the first clip a look into the future? I'd like be at the site of this video on the 29th to see if it actually happens then, considering it's only June 8th, 2023.
"Felt pretty stupid for evening engaging"
#1 coming to you from the not to distant future 😮😅
9:40 would it be possible that her jeep broke down and lost power and she was coasting ot to the shoulder? Those old Libertys are well known as pieces of shit. You didn't help at all with running up on her like that.
#3 WHAT? you're blaming the people in the red car for 'creeping up on the light before it changes"? NO. It's not their fault the guy in the pickup truck was not paying attention.
1:22 why the hell do people insist on continuing to drive and accelerate when somebody cuts them off move in front of them or what is it worth an accident rather than step on the break?
Clip # 1 text caption - "...Monday 29th June 2023" ? uh, June 29 this year is a _THURSDAY_ and hasn't happened yet.

Nah, it's only 3 weeks from today...
Number 1 video this guy must be living in the future 😂 June 29th 23 😂
7:30 Hopefully the cammer learned that day not to swerve!
@3:56 yeah thats on you for failing to check your mirror
Number 8, don't honk next time you get passed up. You're not the police. Your honking will only aggravate the driver even more
