the first one had PLENTY OF TIME to slow down and avoid that accident
I dont get it man
there are so many clips where people scream, whine, and slam their first on their horn
where if they just hit THE BRAKES instead, they woulda just drove away
@@thedog5k its because 90% of people are too dumb to realize "i can be legally in the right and still be involved in a crash"
they think "i have the right of way" = "im getting the right of way"
Plenty of time. She could have put the kettle on for all that time 😂
Number one was so easy to avoid by using their brakes instead of the accelerator. In the UK that would be 50/50 fault as it could have easily been avoided
Ikr? They sped up instead of slowing down
And his (??) even had a mini panic attack before the crash... poor Stinger on his right, had nothing to do with the thing
No one cares, no fault here
No proof, nice try@@marvel_simptress
@@freedomwillneverdie6600Indiana is a fault state, and it’s my understanding that the cammer could face some fault in this collision for speeding up and causing an accident when he had the option of just letting off the gas. Sounds negligent on both sides.
The amount of people that are willing to just get into an accident because "they were in the right" and didn't want to have someone "get one over on them" blow my mind. So many things are easily avoidable if you dropped your ego for five seconds.
your name suggests you are helpful, I disagree, sounds to me like you think people that drive like assholes should be catered to. which is the opposite of helpful.
@@TheTruxFortuita Then you should brush up on your reading comprehension. I ere on the side of defensive driving -- not offensive driving. You're basically saying "if you see someone about to T-bone you because they're running a red don't avoid it, let them plow into you because you are in the right". Who does _that_ help...? The person who was _in the right_ but now has no car, is missing work, and is injured?
Okay, what about this one. Someone's decided to merge into your lane without looking to see if anyone was there and you're getting cut off so instead of hitting the breaks to avoid a collision you decide to speed-up or stay where you are -- now you get sideswiped hard enough you veer and hit the jersey barrier. The asshole in this situation takes off because of course they do, but you have a dashcam and their tag number! Huzzah! Oh, wait, they don't have insurance and you didn't spring for full-coverage because you're just surviving; now you're stuck footing the bill and your insurance rates now go up. So what if you have to skip a bill or two, take public transit 40 miles to work because hey, at least you showed that asshole you won't be bullied.
Please do give me a logical example since I think "assholes should be catered to" and not "avoid an accident at all cost if you're able to, for your sake". Or were you just deciding to be reactionary since your blood pressure and stress was already raised from watching a car-crash compilation and decided to intentionally -or subconsciously- misconstrue what my point was?
@@TheTruxFortuita So, like I said initially: "So many things are easily avoidable if you dropped your ego for five seconds."
I always assume that their reaction time or reaction were not good or fast enough. You never know, they might be daydreaming too.
@@TheTruxFortuitait's actually part of learning to drive that, as a driver: prioritize being safe over being right. It's not "catering to assholes" to follow the traffic laws of prioritizing safety.
OP is right, put your ego away and respect that we drive 2-ton missles. This ain't as casual as we mistake it to be.
I love how some people see another car heading into their lane and they just hit the gas lol
#6 - You're allowed to sue your insurance company. When they make an obviously egregious error like that, they can be held liable for any damages they caused .The only reason I can think of (and I'm sure there are others) for them to rule that way is that both cars are insured by them, and the other party was deemed a better customer.
An error? BRO HAD 2.6 seconds to brake , NOT ONLY THAT BUT HE SPED UP AND INTETIONALLY CROSSED INTO THE RIGHT LANE TO PIT THE GUY 😭🤣HES NOT WINNING THIS CASE BUD
@@noahshields507 How long did it take for the body shop to fix your SUV?
@boomslang1118 this is exactly what I was thinking. 😂
@noahshields507 Are you sure you're looking at #6? Start at 2:25, and tell me at what point you would brake to let someone make a left in front of you when you have the right of way?
@@noahshields507 Yeah try slamming on your brakes when an oncoming car suddenly turns left without their turn signal on.💀💀💀💀 Also why would the Tesla stop if he had the right of way short bus?😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣 learn your rules of the road before posting rubbish like this kiddo.
#47 you really think this is the other guy's fault or is a scam??? It was YOUR responsibility to look behind you while backing up, and you failed to do that. Saying you have a camera means nothing other than you recorded your own idiocy. It looks like you intentionally backed into him.
What's even worse is when you click on the link to the video, the guy says that his car has no damage, but he still contacted his insurances... So he's the one who tried to scam.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought the guy with the camera was wrong he clearly wasn’t paying attention at all when he was backing up
I was watching that clip and reading the text like... "WHAT??" You don't scam people by having others back into you. LMAO
Yeah he clearly wasn't paying any attention lol I mean honestly did he forget how to use his mirrors
NEVER say you’re OK. Even if you are at that moment. You never know what might change after the adrenaline rush wears off.
Yeap its been 8 months after my accident, a guy tboned me flipped my car, i had it all on my dash camera, I was in the hospital for two days because of pain, We are now at the settlement potion of the accident. thank lord
I was ran over as a pedestrian at a crosswalk. At that moment I got back up and all seemed okay. The guy drove off after hitting me and yes, I was hurting a day later like I had got run down by a car. Not fun.
Funny, when in shock, I was preoccupied with finding my shoe which had flung far far away as my leg flipped up. I never even attempted to make a mental note of who hit me, so I was screwed.
@@HemiLyfestyleDid you settle for Love Potion #9?
Yeah, always keep your options to sue open, even if it's just a minor fender bender. Remember, we have got to ruin the system for everyone else. It's the right thing to do.
wouldn’t the EMS report and hospital charting be able to say otherwise, though?
19:06 regardless, you should be checking your mirrors at all times when backing up. If you were paying attention and not assuming it was clear, this would have been avoidable.
But… I can guarantee insurance will be 50-50 fault
Not just checking your mirrors, but physically turning your head around. There's always a weird blindspot no matter what make or model of car you have.
Cammer is 100% at fault. I am only looking back when I am backing out. Who in their mind goes "ah he just went in, watch out here I come"
Yeah man, he was clearly watching before backing up, so why did he think it did not extend to when he was actually performing the action
The silver car stopped which makes the car in motion liable, something like the “last clear chance doctrine” (@ugolord)
#32 ....."I was outdriving visibility and wouldn't have been able to see a unicorn until its horn was up my arse". There, fixed it for you!
yeah there was no wind blown snow to the left or right, but keep driving into that snow in front of you that is obviously being kicked up by a vehicle.
First clip @ 00:12 is the other guy's fault, absolutely, but felt like it still could been so easily & simply avoided a bad 3-car wreck & that's what really stinks about the whole thing; who *speeds up* when their wife is yelling & terrified of an impending crash? Can't tell if it was panic on the driver or what (he sounds so calm at the end & she sounds like she's yelled "Jamie!" like this before). It's *always* worth avoiding a wreck, always. 💯
I would say it's their fault they saw them changing lanes and instead of slowing down or anything like that but they decided to speed up
Not at all. It's the cammers fault. Most likely insurance will rule it 50/50 because the accident could have easily been avoided.
@@samuelneil2691agreed. Had time to scream but not brake 😂
@@H3gamer360 it was probably an insurance scam. Guy was just waiting for someone to make a mistake so he could ram into them and try to claim insurance money 🤣
yeah unsafe lane change and failure to avoid an accident by braking.
How does that Fresno intersection get so many accidents? the view of the traffic lights doesnt seem to be obscured or anything.
Anyone involved in a crime who refuses to report his accomplices should easily pay the full sentencing of all accomplices put together. Justice.

WTF
That's not going to encourage snitching. And our constitutional right to a fair trial would negate any law of that sort
47( 19:19) was 100% your fault. Just because they parked doesn't mean you dont look behind you when backing up. They couldve gotten out and you would've hit the person with your car. You should receive a citation and some points on your driving record. Thats outrageous.
Can't believe that guy in Alberta Canada was driving that fast in those conditions. He couldn't see 10 feet in front of him.
probably more familiar
I think it looks way faster than it is. I've done 80 with snow going and it looks like I'm doing lightspeed after looking back at it on the cam. Snow plows generally run anywhere from 20-60km, so the dude could have been doing anywhere from 40-80km and still look like he was going too fast.
Honestly, surprising he didn’t notice the giant plume of snow in front of him and just kept going full speed
The snowplow should've had its lights on
“Odd there’s something kicking up tons of snow, I think I’ll keep going full speed” -some moron 😂
#6
I'd be calling a lawyers if that insurance company didn't pay up.
While I agree...not everyone can just file a lawsuit whenever they want. It takes alot of time, money, and energy. Some people I know are aware they can sue but just don't want to bother with it.
@@genericwhitekidthesecond4330 yea, while lawyering up would probably be the only way to ensure you get justice in that situation, the crash just doesn't seem worth it in the first place. hardly any chance of injury, likely only cosmetic damage to the vehicle.
Y’all please please make it a habit to look both ways before going once a light turns green. Obviously no one should be running red lights but it’s better to be safe than sorry, it’s saved me so many times
#1 was the most avoidable thing in the world. Zero defensive driving skills
#12 This driver is so oblivious that he thinks he was rear-ended.
I think it was just wishful thinking, because if someone had rear ended him, then he could of passed off the blame.
The folks in Fresno NEED to have their licenses revoked for running that red light!!!
14:21 -- truly the definitive model of road rage. Don't know about silver but red risked so much more than a dinged vehicle that apparently still drove okay.
Number one I guess is technically not at fault… but if you can’t spot that and stop you have better places to be than behind the wheel
Yup, not at fault. Moving on.
@@freedomwillneverdie6600 must’ve been your old lady behind the wheel
@@thisisforonecomment You must honestly be a literal re-dart then, huh. Correct
I’m pretty sure the dude kept going on purpose. He never even attempted to brake. Easily avoidable crash in my opinion.
@@enriqueramirez2554 my thoughts exactly- they knew they had a dash cam and found an opportunity. Many of these dash cammers do.
I like the cammer's statement on the accident at the 15:14 mark. "Snow day driver lost control causing me to hit him." Um, just because he lost control doesn't mean you have to hit him. If you had been paying attention, you had plenty of time to avoid the accident.
Yes, I do hope insurance at least split some of the fault on that.
have you never driven on snow? you can't just stop like you can on dry roads, cammer did their best stopping but only so much you can do on snow
@@itsacrimetorhyme Yes, I've driven on snow and did a much better job of it than the cammer did. I grew up driving in snow. If he can't stop in time, then he's following too closely for the road conditions.
@@itsacrimetorhymehe shouldn't of breaked in the first place, he had plenty of room to get around him, by breaking he himself started sliding which was why they collided
Why was that guy going so fast towards a red light 🤨 0:32
He was trying to intimidate the light.
#17. You could have avoided the risk of injuries and all the troubles of repairs and insurance just by letting her in. Was it worth the five feet of space you wanted to save?
Agree. I hate people like that. Really willing to get in an accident then slow down for 2 seconds
Yeah people are just assholes when they're driving for some reason, I mean honestly it seems that no one wants to let anyone merge in front of them anymore
Clip one. Are you serious?!!!? You ever heard of being aware of your surroundings. TOTALLY AVOIDABLE BY HITTING YOUR GOD DAMN BRAKES.
And not accelerating when the other car starts to turn into the lane.
First guy saying "good job buddy" I'm assuming hes talking about himself for doing a terrible job avoiding an easily avoidable accident.
Cammer at the 12:00 mark. Are you new to winter driving on Canadian roads? Even if the plow had no lights how did you not see the snow being thrown to the side right in front of you indicating a vehicle in front of you? You never even braked as you drove straight into the Whiteout of snow from the plow! I certainly hope you were charged for that accident as it was clearly your fault for being inattentive
Guess you didn't notice his name at the beginning of the clip. Definitely a "new" Canadian.
@@shaunp9592 you seem really smart how can you tell they're new from their name??
@@FaustoTheBoozehound Anyone who's born or grew up here knows what he did wrong. Not that hard to figure out since even a first gen Canadian would know.
The lights on the truck were on, you can just barely see them before and after the crash. Cammer just wasn't smart enough to know how to slow down when the visibility goes to zero.
In this case he definitely should have slowed down considering the visual distance.
I remember driving in a dark area. I saw lights ahead of me that looked a good distance away. Before I knew it, I almost ran into a very black(dirty?) work truck. The lights were so dim it gave an illusion that it was far ahead.
Lights matter.
#47 just because the coast was clear when you began to move doesn’t mean its gonna stay that way all the way through. You did not see what YOU backed into, how is that someone trying to scam you? You know they can’t scam you when you watch what your doing? How entitled some people are it is insane.
So true. Was looking for a comment saying this... Cammer 10000% at fault and just cannot accept it..
I was looking for this comment !!!
These people really piss me off, how stupid can you be😂😂
10:39 punching the air is even crazier than randomly reversing 🤣
No. 19. There is NO slow lane & fast lane except on a freeway in California. This was not a freeway.
Judging from his speed, he obviously thought it WAS the freeway.
#1 could’ve easily stoped before hitting that car. It doesn’t seem like he was paying full attention to the road 💀 “good job buddy??”
1:43 That's one hell of a pit manuever right there
07:00 - Cammer's camera recorded speed was 82 mph leading up to accident. Where is that the speed limit? Hope the cops got to see it.
I know the song he’s listening to it makes me speed too 😂😂
"They all seemed ok" as he keeps driving 😂
I question a lot of these cammers’ cognitive function
3:55 = **WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT THAT INTERSECTION SO PEOPLE DON'T SEE THAT IT'S A RED LIGHT??.. ANSWER THE QUESTION IF SOMEBODY KNOW..**
#26 - I would think the dashcam footage showing him cutting you off then hitting the brakes would put him at fault, regardless of any complaint he may have against the cammer.
drivers like that maniac should be taken off the road.
He was very much in the clear, pulling on to the street like that. Ample room. I'm glad he had dash camera footage.
Yeah that one confused me too. The white SUV was clearly not cut off whatsoever and had tons of room, and even if the stop sign on private property isn't enforceable in WA, the cammer stopped anyway to check before entering the road.
12:44 might have broken his hand but he for sure lost a shoe if you go frame by frame after he strikes the mirror and passes, his black running shoe flies past the windshield. 🤣😂
I love how, in the first clip, she never even attempted to slow down, stop, swerve, or anything. Y'all weren't even moving that fast, what the hell were you doing other than gasping and clenching and spazzing out a full 3 seconds before you hit them...? The Honda is still an ass, but the cammer is equally as oblivious and on auto-pilot.
Doesn’t take much to total a Tesla, they damn near fall apart when the wind blows in their directions.
You are clearly uneducated. Whatever floats your boat though.
Every car they make has a 5 star safety rating. I guess if you don't like something you can just start making shit about about it😅😅
@@timeformegaman lol I have plenty of experience with Teslas. They’re simply not a quality-built product. Especially not for the price.
That is intentional for safety, would you rather the car take the damage or you take the damage?
@@7Jubal7 you clearly have no experience with Tesla and it shows . Just because you say you have doesn't mean sh* .You clearly don't know what you are talking about dude 💀you are just one of those Tesla crap talkers because your mad that people enjoy other stuff that you don't like . Get a grip . Stop taking it up your a$$ all the time . Let people like what they want ,but Tesla are very safe cars regardless if you like it or not buddy .
1:44 poor tree 🌲 definitely didn’t deserve that.
It was an Italian Cypress. WAS.
If it weren’t for the tree’s unwilling sacrifice, the guy might’ve hit something worse (like the building)
#47 19:00 still your fault. You have to make sure there’s nothing behind you even if you moved first. You hit them, they didn’t hit you.
18:50 And why exactly did you not look where you were going?
Yep most definitely his fault. Backed right into it.
#17 6:40 I guess some people have more time on their hands and enjoy wasting it dealing with all the hassles of getting into a fender bender. Cammer steered into the other car right before impact. Sure, the lady who cut in made a dick move, but the result wouldn't have even slowed the cammer down at all.
It is funny the number of people horning or accelerating instead of applying brakes immediately 🤣🤣🤣
8:56 Sorry officer, I was on my phone and I didn't see you.
The offender’s insurance company will always blame on you even if the police says it’s their fault. Going to court is far cheaper than reimbursing you because they know u need a car to go to work.
#1 “car merges and I see so I gasp and keep going good luck other car”
That cop was 100% at fault. First responders are legally obligated to clear every single lane before going through it.
0:39 if it wasn’t the person crawling out of the parking lot that got his then the car in the lane to the right would’ve been rear ended badly. Either result should end with that Kia driver losing their license. They were either so distracted they didn’t see the red light or they planned on running the red light.
Half of these clips could be avoided by acting in order to prevent accidents. It's called defensive driving: it means you have to observe the situation and who you have around, how they behave and foresee some scenarios, like people changing lanes in front of you like in 1. and 6. I personally never got in an accident, and that does not mean "drive slowly", it means "drive without distractions and be aware of your surroundings". Why is it something I see rarely in these videos? Is it so difficult?
Like in 17., WHY NOT USE YOUR BRAKES? It's so brainless and that could have been avoided. But no, it's better to risk injuries and life, damages to the car I guess. You have gained nothing by being right, I would rather be safe than demonstrate that I was right in front of insurance companies and police officers.
For some reason people seem to be happy to allow an accident they know won't be their fault to happen to teach the other driver a lesson and think they're taking no loss since the other driver's insurance will pay for it (which isn't always how it happens) but what they don't realize is that accident is now on their car's title and their resale value is now significantly reduced.
#2 was driving towards a red light, maybe a green arrow but regardless they were going like 75 miles an hour. Christ!
21 is crazy! Great attention to the car ahead of you
#25 - good handling in a close call!
#1 good think you had a dashcam. Personally I woulda stepped in the brakes but…..
ones like #1 are totally avoidable if you pay attention, yes the driver didn’t use its turn signal but you saw it coming so use ur BRAKES BRUV😂 , in my opinion i’d call that 50-50
#21 8:12 Nice save!
That was like straight out of a movie
WOOOOOOSH!
#1 ik the car cut you off...but you literally had enough time to slow down and dodge that accident. ig you both weren't paying attention
i was just gonna say that, they had plenty of time to break
Nah he wanted to write off his car to get the insurance money.
@@Thindoublechin seemed like it😂
As if I needed another reason not to visit Fresno.
The Fresno light needs its own channel, like the Milwaukee roundabout.
#1 - Yeah, it was clearly their fault, but you know most cars have brakes right? It´s the middle pedal for future reference.
adorable how the cammeras at fault conveniently never offer a description.
"cammeras" Sure can take anything you say seriously, huh
I see so many crashes like this and avoid so many like them every day. I don't try to cut off someone trying to cut me off, I keep my eyes on the cars around me, I avoid driving in anyone's blind spots if I can, there's so many simple ways to avoid stuff like this happening. I'm not perfect, I'm not going to claim I've never gotten into an accident (because I have) or almost run a red light, but defensive driving is so important. It prevents so many accidents and also helps prevent other bystanders that had nothing to do with it anything getting into part of your wreck. :/
I love it when the camera has the speed with it. Guy flying down the highway in a city at 85 mph during morning commute that is angry at the other driver for making a lane change or even almost doing 60 on a 5 lane total city street when they tbone someone that turns left from the right lane. I'm sure speed was a factor in some of these.
A sleep deprived driver with a sprinkle of defensive driving could have avoided at least half of these.
3:45 oh no no no…this intersection!! They need a damn cloverleaf here.
Brilliant idea. People get into a disproportionate number of wrecks at that notorious intersection because they're driving too fast because they're on an insanely wide multi-lane divided stroad so, instead of adding traffic calming measures, you want to create an expressway interchange in the middle of a leafy green neighborhood so they can drive even FASTER! Are you the reincarnation of Robert Moses?
@4:19 an absolute disgrace 😒 Jumping lights to be involved in a car crash 😒
This road rage video left me feeling frustrated with reckless drivers.
#17 - I had a guy tell his insurance that I sped up to keep him from from merging. I countered by saying that if he saw that, why did he merge? The dashcam footage showed that I didn't speed up, too; he just didn't look.
Wow the very first clip is a road I drive on all the time.... craziness. So glad I have a dash cam
Guy in the first clip has the reaction time of a sloth
Crazy how #6 was placed at fault....SUV turned into their correct lane at the beginning, then travelled in the far lane, no blinker and not even looking. I would be taking my insurance company to court!!!!
#1 50/50. Other driver changed lanes without ensuring it was clear while cammer too stunned to notice even with their wife hyperventilating.
GJ buddy.
Nope, other car gets it all.
50/50
Regardless what the other car did, it is not responsible for the cammers lack of reaction. The cammer was still on the gas when climbing up the side of the suv...
Definitely 100/0 and not on cammer. Reaction being not important, it's their fault.
Reaction is of total importance.
Cammer could've EASILY avoided the collision.. if they were paying attention to the road. The wife realized and started gasping while the driver was still gassing driving up the side of the SUV.
There's nothing reasonably logical nor justifiable trying to drive through a vehicle because they made an illegal lane change...
We're doomed if the youngin's rely upon 'how did it make you feel when seeing/hearing about it' rather than 'wtf actually happened', lol.
0% on cammer
Sorry but so many camers don't know what a brake is. This is so sad...
It’s amazing how many people think that if you have the right-of-way, you shouldn’t have to try and avoid the accident. Sure, the other guy is being an idiot, but I’d prefer not to crash. It might piss me off momentarily, but not as much as it would if my car got wrecked and I could’ve easily prevented it.
0:15
why do people start screaming, whining, and slamming on the horn before ever fucking hitting their brakes? I don't get it.
Oh man that actually must have been his wife. I kept replaying it till i hear THE STUPID F'n IDIOT GUY " GOOD JOB BUDDY"
WHY DON"T YOU HIT THE F"N BREAKS??!?!??! YOUR WIFE IS IN THE CAR IDIOT
I'm assuming you've never been in a situation like that. It's scary and sometimes as a natural response to fear or an unprecedented situation, people will freeze up and freak out because they aren't thinking clearly. There are people who are better prepared and will hit their breaks, but not everyone is the same.
I'm still a firm believer that if you run from an accident, you should lose your license permanently. If you're caught driving without it, jail.

"dont mess with texas" as shes sobbing on the phone LOL
5:50 could have avoided that one
Dashcam at fault, you can see the straight arrow in his lane you can’t turn right in the most left lane
So many of these are preventable if the car with the dash cam breaks instead of just honking
#1- Rite aht of the gate, a prime case of Dashcam-itis. Yes, the Pilot didn't signal, and made an unsafe lanechange. I guarantee the cammer saw this, and decided to plow into him, full speed ahead, knowing the dashcam will show it was 'his' lane. Good job buddy indeed!
Yeah that was so stupid. Could have easily avoided that. I don't understand some drivers.
Came looking for this comment and it paid off
Nice accusation, nope, no fault there. bye
Number one just went like BOOOONG
2:19 wouldn't it be a shame if you dropped the name of this insurance company in the comments
It seemed kinda clear it wasn't the cammers fault. I have a high suspicion that he didn't have a valid license.
@@jenns1483agreed. He also seems to be going way too fast for that road.
They might've said he couldve avoided it. He hanked for a second or two but looks like he kept accelerating because most states have a last chance thing like you had enough time to avoid it.
It is funny, this video has a few Hispanic cammers with the music playing.. i know some Spanish, growing up in a city with a large Puerto Rican population, I got to know all the curse words in school as it always works out.. dated a few and just really got to love Latin/hispanic music.. The Puerto Rican girls were always awesome as was their families.. hearing the Música brings back many memories
#19 - Guy doing 57 in a what looks like a 40 MPH zone, you can see the sign as the black car pulls out.
Google street view shows a 35mph sign about a quarter mile back (images from 2007 - 2023 all show the same limit). That is why it was important that he had a witness, he certainly wouldn't want her insurance to see his dashcam video!
The famous Fresno "Invisible RED Light"
that first one hit close bc i damn near had this happen at the EXACT SAME INTERSECTION!!
edit: 13:48 i think calling a condensor an a/c radiator is kinda cute
This is a perfect example of why we need better driver education.
7:35 #19 Your own dash cam shows you speeding, good luck with that claim.
Unbelievable crashes! Best of USA & Canada accidents and bad drivers in 2023. An insane car crashes compilation that will leave you in awe.
#10 that intersection is such a clusterfuck 😂
#48 - tip to drivers...when you see a van with side windows only at the front seats, there's a good chance they will change lanes into you.
#5 watching that tree get knocked down was kinda satisfying
#1 - Time to make several gasping sounds, but not to brake.
I would assume that your dashcam video disabused their insurance of their claim that you changed lanes.
That is the passenger gasping because the driver is psycho. Good job buddy indeed.
I find it amazing the amount of people who drive off after seeing an accident, but yet post it here. Leaving the scene of accident in some states is criminal. Especially when you have evidence on your dash cam.
Your comment is attempting to combine two completely separate facts into one.
If you are involved in an accident, yes, it’s illegal to leave the scene of the accident.
If you are not involved in the accident, there isn’t any law requiring you to stay on scene and provide a witness statement or submit any dash cam footage.
did the first car not have brakes?
No!
the first clip when the video starts: The Cammer had so much ample time and space to stop/slow down. They then hit the car regardless of the indicator being on. The SUV that they hit, was ALREADY occupying the space in the lane. The Cammer THEN, speeds up and goes along side the opposing vehicle, and hits them. The Cammer would be 85% liable the the opposing SUV, would be 15% liable.
Clip #1- I never realized how may people intentionally don't avoid accidents in order to get insurance or prove a point. I see it all the time on this channel. 90% of the accidents are avoidable with some defensive driving
Wasn't intentional avoiding an accident. The cammer simply stiffened up and froze instead of applying the brake.
Edit: I re-watched the video. I realize, the woman screaming was the passenger. The cammer purposefully spead up for a collision. You can tell by the sound of the revs that he hesitated at first then went for it.
@@rw2452 It could have genuinely been pedal confusion on the cammer's part. I had that happen in a similar situation where a car cut me off and I might've had enough time to stop but my mom in the passenger's seat screamed like a banshee and i accidentally hit the gas instead of the break because she startled me. But the guy that cut me off was still found at fault because he made the illegal lane change.
Watching idiots in cars compilation is like witnessing a parade of poor decisions on the road. It's a reminder to stay vigilant and expect the unexpected.
Bruh the first clip... wtf?, that could be avoided soooo ez omfg
