Grabbed a banana and a coffee on my way out the door, but as soon as I grabbed the doorknob, my dog jumped up and snatched the banana, causing me to spill the coffee! I texted my boss, but she probably thought I was lying… Luckily, my clothes were dry so I hopped in my 2007 Ford F150 that has 47,061 miles on it. The outside air was cold and crisp, snapping at my exposed skin. I got in the truck and immediately turned the heat on, but my truck is so old it took very long to kick in. I finally hit the road but, of course, I forgot my suitcase! I said screw it, I’m already an hour late, so I kept driving. My mind was distracted and as I approached the first stop sign, I forgot to come to a full stop! Luckily no one else was around and no one got hurt, including myself. I guess this old truck does alright haha! Anyway, I finally got to work, and my boss immediately wanted to talk to me. I walked into her office, only to realize I forgot to wear a tie! Not sure about that particular model, but some convertibles have an emergency bar that pops up if the car flips, specifically to prevent your head from grinding against the pavement. There's a clip from the Germany Autobahn about 20 years ago where a Mercedes convertible going about 100 mph loses it on a turn and flips, skidding upside-down probably 500 ft. The driver had his seat belt on, and was uninjured due to this emergency bar.
Well yes, but as mentioned below, if he had a roll bar and his seatbelt on, he might have been alright. It does look like he has some aftermarket gear so maybe it was roadster with a roll bar. Can you tell what kind of vehicle he is driving? I am not sure.
I really can't believe how many people don't understand how 2 left turn lanes work. It's been over 35 years since I took my driver's license test and I remember distinctly that being a question on the exam.
Was never covered in the classes or testing I took, however it seems like it should be pretty obvious! If your in lane #2 when turning, you go to lane #2 on the road you are turning onto.
I'm not from the US, but I passedd my Missouri drivers test with 100/100. I did not study or 'get lessons' for it and 2 left turn lanes never came up in my written exam or the test itself. However, the use of such lanes is clearly obvious by the paint and signs on the road and signage if present. One only has to observe and ensure a good driving line, as well as maintaining frequent mirror checks.

5:59 #19 That is a very poorly lined up intersection, the straight lane the bus was in seems to be lined up with the camers lane on the other side. There are a few weird intersections like that around me, but they have dotted guidelines through the middle on the intersection to help folks stay in their correct lane.

@Mike L The F-250 super duty running a 5th wheel and bags can tow that load. It is not WAY over it's limit. And Ford offers that option for towing new of the lot.
Looking it up, a dually F250 with all the options have a tow rating of 37,000 lbs. Hopefully they went with all the options, seen a few videos on past compilations where people lost control because they were towing something bigger then they should have been.

You can see cammer has the same problem (lines on right side of his lane are obscured as he crosses the intersection, which corresponds to the angle the bus driver would've seen the reflections). Still their fault for not staying closer to the median on the left, but I'd chalk this up to poor road conditions, not distracted driving.
The wet conditions sure didn't help, but the road itself seems rather poorly engineered, looks like the lanes all shift over one to the left with no indication of them doing so.

Stop hugging people on the road. Give a vehicle 4 car lengths in front of you. My driving teacher said when I was 16 in high school if you can see the entire vehicle in front, on the side, and in front of you, then they see u. YOU will always have room to maneuver around if the start sliding into you. Watch the TIRES not the vehicle. Give truckers lots of room. If the are oncoming to a freeway, flash your headlights a couple of times, slow down and let them in. That way they know they can get in and can save u down the road. They watch out for you as u know how to drive correctly. Watch for vehicles exiting parking lots, on curves. When the light turns green count 5-4-3-2-1 then go. This gives u time if a red light runners is barreling thru so u won't get smacked. Keep your eyes on your mirrors and keep your cell in the trunk.

I would like channels like this one, and other similar ones, to stop telling us that the driver was “drunk, intoxicated, or high”. There’s no way for that to be verified here, so stop including it. I watch these videos to help make my driving better. I’m not a cop, I can’t verify if someone was driving drunk or not in a video.
Some of these... instead of the horn, you should be hitting the brakes. Hard. With both feet. Enough to bend the pedal. Also, if you hear a horn while changing lanes...it means swerve hard back into the lane you came from...not speed up.

@Mike L The F-250 super duty running a 5th wheel and bags can tow that load. It is not WAY over it's limit. And Ford offers that option for towing new of the lot.
Looking it up, a dually F250 with all the options have a tow rating of 37,000 lbs. Hopefully they went with all the options, seen a few videos on past compilations where people lost control because they were towing something bigger then they should have been.
@@scottthewaterwarrior where are you building an F250 dually? If I try to do it on Ford's site I get that the combination is not possible, no matter which cab and bed length I choose. Dually is usually a 1-ton, which is the F350...
@@scottthewaterwarrior F-250 super duty SRW. Ford never made a dually F-250. Unless someone put a F-250 cab on a dual rear end F-350 or larger. The F-250 frame is to wide to support that option for that axle.

6:00 School bus driver had reflections from the street lighst off the water on the ground hiding the dashed lane lines between him and cammer. You can see cammer has the same problem (lines on right side of his lane are obscured as he crosses the intersection, which corresponds to the angle the bus driver would've seen the reflections). Still their fault for not staying closer to the median on the left, but I'd chalk this up to poor road conditions, not distracted driving.
The wet conditions sure didn't help, but the road itself seems rather poorly engineered, looks like the lanes all shift over one to the left with no indication of them doing so.

Why do people always assume bad tires if a rear wheel drive vehicle spins out in the rain? Stop hugging people on the road. Give a vehicle 4 car lengths in front of you. My driving teacher said when I was 16 in high school if you can see the entire vehicle in front, on the side, and in front of you, then they see u. YOU will always have room to maneuver around if the start sliding into you. Watch the TIRES not the vehicle. Give truckers lots of room. If the are oncoming to a freeway, flash your headlights a couple of times, slow down and let them in. That way they know they can get in and can save u down the road. They watch out for you as u know how to drive correctly. Watch for vehicles exiting parking lots, on curves. When the light turns green count 5-4-3-2-1 then go. This gives u time if a red light runners is barreling thru so u won't get smacked. Keep your eyes on your mirrors and keep your cell in the trunk.

There’s no way for that to be verified here, so stop including it. I watch these videos to help make my driving better. I’m not a cop, I can’t verify if someone was driving drunk or not in a video.
Some of these... instead of the horn, you should be hitting the brakes. Hard. With both feet. Enough to bend the pedal. Also, if you hear a horn while changing lanes...it means swerve hard back into the lane you came from...not speed up.
