Not necessarily. I've seen these videos for over 10 years. Most incidents I've seen with a cammer shows how much people don't pay attention or proceed to do what they want even if they are wrong. One of the first clips, the white pickup truck was too far ahead for the cammer just to stop in enough time to let the white pickup in forcing them to hit the poles. And most of these incident involving cammers is unpredictable and usually by an aggressive party or someone who isn't paying attention to their surroundings. Defensive driving is key but definitely not majority. Cammers aren't deliberately trying to have an accident or Trying to provoke another driver

@Woah!! It totally is how the law works. If you veer away and cause your own accident they don't have to stop. If you want to pull yourself out of the ditch and give chase then guess what - you just left the scene of the accident that you are responsible for. Better in that case to let them hit you and there will be no question about fault.
The only time you'll be justified in veering away and causing your own accident is in the cases of avoiding a certain fatality which is most definitely not the case in this clip.

7:00 Dude, when you are doing almost 10 mph over the speed limit in an intersection you can't be serious about accusing others not estimating their time to cross. One of the main reasons for speed limits is this, so others have time to do their maneuvers.
BTW, you reaction was nothing impressive, a natural scared person reaction. When I had a similar situation, even though I had a bit over the speed limit almost exact situation as this, I jumped on the brakes, about one car length before entering the intersection and I was stopped another car length into it, obviously with nothing else happening. That I found impressive, not my reaction time, but the fact my car can stop that quickly. If you don't know your skill level and your car limits, better slow down and pay extra attention.

Second rule of motorcycles in traffic... NEVER EVER stop in the center of the lane. At best you invite this exact kind of problem/disaster because people just don't look... At worst, you'll be directly between an idiot who's not paying attention and someone already stopped, instant biker-sandwich...
People are GOING to cut over too short, run lights and signs, and generally cause mayhem. They can look RIGHT AT YOU and do it anyway... SO at signs and the like GET THE HELL OVER so there's enough room, they can just get by and you'll go on with your day... At the far right, I'm always over and aimed more or less to the gutter/shoulder/ditchline... At the far left, I'm far left and more toward shoulder-ish/median territory... ANYWHERE in between I'm pointed into a lane-filtering position and paying more attention to the rear view than the light/sign and traffic ahead by a slight margin, ready to flash my brake light in hope of getting attention or having a chance at filtering forward rather than getting killed... (even just a little bit)
      ...AND yes, head's on a swivel 100%. ;o)

5:35 There a lot of good cars out there that I can't seem to see myself wanting anymore due to the insane amount of low level individuals found in them. The list grows every day. I can't understand how the dumber they are, the more they can afford. It's a real problem in North America, especially Canada.

Majority of accidents is by idiots who aren't paying attention. I mean sometimes it's so bad, a van rear ended a car that was stopped and the van was at a far distance behind the car they rear ended. A good few seconds in between you can see the van approaching. If you can't pay attention that bad... give up your license. May seem offensive, but I rather have someone's license revoked than have someone moving a 3000lbs object with no regard to others safety

Just for people that post videos saying they probably wont file a claim. Always file a claim especially if they back into you. 2 things: just because your outer bumper doesn't show any damage doesn't mean your car is fine and 2 They can file a claim against you and say you left after hitting them and now you have a hit and run report you have to fight. Any accident needs a police report filed even if the city or county doesn't respond to them. Many cities you just go to the station and fill one out some may even do it online now.

3:00 Walmart parking lot - not the place to look for exquisite driving. As shown in this clip, one is bad, but the other isn't much brighter either.

3:02 I hate those temporary plates. I never figured out how anyone is supposed to be able to read them.

7:43 - This "idiot" made a mistake of not being able to see around the turning vehicle and going anyway. He immediately slammed on his breaks to avoid an accident. I'd say that was a responsible driver who corrected his mistake before causing an accident. Lighten up dude.
