I’ve done this workout at least 10 times now. Absolutely love the breakup of first cardio then abs, really allows me to center on getting my heart rate then burning out my core. I’d love more workouts like this!
Even though my abs were burning at the end, I know they are strong because I feel like I can do more. I used ankle weights and a 20 lb dumbbell throughout this workout. If I could just lose the belly fat!!!! Nutrition is always my goal!!! ❤❤❤💪🦵💪🦵
This was challenging but I can feel strength in my core and remember last year I wouldn’t have been able to make it through 20 minutes straight of cardio and abs! 🎉
I like this one!! I LOVEEE how it’s equal cardio & abs and not mainly cardio and some/little bit of ab work… it’s hard for me to find ones to do bc of that…😩 this ones good! 💪
