I’m a registered nurse and all your symptoms were mine plus such severe back pain I thought I was dying. I got Flu A and continued getting sick through a 4 month span. I was so depressed. I finally talked to my PCP and got my labs drawn my lab value was 17. I’m also taking supplement replacement.
Low levels of vit d are associated with so many problems: hypertension, stroke, weight gain, poor wound healing, dementia and even schizophrenia.
I’m glad you put out this video to bring attention to a wide range of audience.

For about a year now I've been experiencing bone pain, muscle weakness, severe depression, diagnosed with osteoarthritis, broke my hand, lost my job, secluded myself because I started to walk funny, couldn't stand or walk for more then 10 min. Was sure I had a terminal disease. I've been taking vitamin d3, calcium, and b12 complex for 2 weeks. The walking has improved a little. The bone pain has eased up a little. Fingers crossed that I continue my upward trajectory. I still have to go to am endo for the Graves that I've had but at least now I can have a conversation with breaking down. The drs only wanted to do brain scan amd depression meds which I refused. Ms and als don't present the way I'm describing. This is a simple replacement fix and for drs to not deduct with what your body could be deficient of first. Be your own advocate!: keep a journal to show your dr. They need and should be active in their own education!

Beards and Cars, Important information! 15 years ago I was exactly in the shape you described. I had my D checked and it was at 18. Mr Dr. gave me the mega dose as well and then prescribed a smaller maintenance dose. It took a year to get levels in the 50's. I did the same as you, after feeling much better I stopped taking it. Recently I started having all kinds of problems again. I have gotten to the point I do not go outside for days, have brain fog and just generally feel like crap. I am now 70 years old so I just blamed it on age. I had my yearly Dr. check that is required by Social Security and my Dr. said he was going to include the vitimin D test in my annual blood work. My D level is 23. I have been feeling like you said you felt that my life was over. I really did not want to live any more thinking that my age was all the problem. Take my advice and continue a daily dose from now on. Don't make the mistake I made thinking once it was under control everything would be fine because this is a problem that will slowly slip up on you and it takes a long time to turn it around. Good luck and thanks for the good video.

You need plenty of Magnesium to help the body use the D.
Some people have issues with D activation. They may have plenty of storage D in their body but it’s not getting into their cells. Some people need much higher doses in order to just about get enough for all the many functions it’s needed for.
It’s not about how much you get, it’s about how much your body can use at cellular level. The serum test only shows the inactive storage amount, not the active useable amount.
You may find Dr. Judson Somerville’s book ‘The Optimal Dose’ helpful.

Dude you may have solved my health issues I’ve had for almost a year. Panic attacks, constant dizziness. It’s been horrible.
My D level was 20 over a year ago after the first panic attack sent me to the ER. I happened to see a doctor for other reasons who just happened to put me on a supplement but didn’t link it to the ER visit. I took that round of D supplement then stopped around feb ‘23. In May I had bouts of lightheadedness that came and went until July when it was constant. Mid July I had another panic attack. BP was 300/130.
I’ve had a stress test, echocardiogram, head MRI, CT scans. I’m on BP meds, beta blockers, anxiety meds. I have zero energy most days. It’s been a horrible ride.
I’m starting K2/D3 and will get in the sun. I hope you’re right.

This is reassuring. I'm 41 and live in the South of Spain where there is a lot of sun. I've been vegan for about 5 years. Thus I need to take B12. I got my bloodwork done recently and saw that my level of Vitamin D was 12. I'd had dizzy spells (which worried me), vertigo, a twitching eyelid, brain fog, and aching body (especially in the morning). I even changed my mattress thinking it would solve the issue. According to the GP doctor, a large percentage of people are deficient especially further away from the equator regardless of being veggie, vegan, or not. In any case, I know that I need to supplement. I'm taking 2 tablets of 4000IU, plus a vitamin dissolvable in water which is 1000IU, and a spray which is also IU. That plus a well-balanced diet of leafy greens, mushrooms, etc, and rest and I should be fine again soon within a few months.

Thank You man !! for your effort to make that video even in ur absolute worst time.
It is helping a lot people.
I saw your 1st video and suggested it to one of my friend's brother who was suffering from anxiety for more than 2 years. And got all medications done with no relief.
Upon my suggestion he got vit D checked and found at 9. Now his same doctor who never suspected this, put him on 50k dose weekly for 6 weeks. And a month later he left all his medication of anxiety and became 80% cured.
Now starts my story ...although I suggested him but never took it seriously for myself, as I also had some symptoms like
    1. Fatigue.
    2. Left side weakness from leg to hand.
    3. Light headness.
    4. Lack of focus.
    5. Mood swings.
    6. General weakness
Although none of my symptoms were as bad as it could stop me from working 10 hours daily on screen. Until I recently went to the doctor proactively and found my levels at 10.
My doctor put me on 60k dose.
Its 4th week. And I started feeling difference from 1 dose itself.
    Lot of improvement.
However my hi-doses are making trouble sleeping and also makes me super thirsty even if I had lot of water already.
I consulted the doctor for these side effects he told these are normal side effects no need to worry it will improve over time.
Wishing you all guys for your improvement 😊
Reading all the comments feels so relatable and supportive..I suggest you create a WhatsApp or fb group for emotional support if anyone requires.

Thanks for your invaluable comments. This vit "d" diff seems a very illusive culprit. My symptoms are comparable to some of the experiences such as exhaustion, fatigue, extreme lack of energy and sleeping round the clock. I just sit there, want to get up and deliberate for an hour. My main challenge is vertigo. Constipagion has been cleared up thankfully, neuropathy in feet and legs improving. Tennetus has cleared up but vertigo persists. I keep off the tablet where the vertigo and accompanying problems started and have greatly reduced my exposure to the phone. Visited my doctor 2 weeks, I need to change him but I could do with changing the only support on my team as well. I will get back to you if ears will listen and minds made over.

I started falling apart in late December and thought I was just getting old and maybe pushing myself too hard in the gym... Brain fog, joint pain and anxiety kept in over January and February but I kept at it until eventually I passed out on the stair master
That was my reckoning and I decided to go to the doctor. My vitamin D level was 16 and my Testosterone was 8.4, my doctor was surprised to hear I walked to his practice but I had to tell him I sat on just about every bench I saw and was still dizzy. It's been about two months since I started taking 5000iu of Vitamin D3 and this morning I went for a follow up blood test. I already feel much better and managed a 6 mile walk yesterday!! The only thing holding me back is getting my vitamin D from the weather. Here in Wales we only see the sun for 5-6 weeks, rest of the time it's raining. Set up a visit with my doc because I've been feeling like I had one foot in the grave and was starting to think laying down might not be such a bad thing. Doc does blood work and comes in and says "I actually wish more of my patients had labs as good as yours. You have the numbers of a 20 year old athlete." and for me being nearly 40, that was nice to hear. But I asked him if all of that is so god why do I feel like I'm dying all the time? He flipped through the labs and goes "Oh, theres your problem. Your vitamin D is so low our machines literally can't detect it at all. We'll get you some injections to nudge that up quick and then some supplements to get it back where it belongs over time."
I cannot tell you how much better I feel. Physically and mentally I feel like an entirely new person after about 6 months of corrective supplementation. I think I’ve been deficient for probably 15 years at least… the crazy thing is, very few doctors are ever going to first resort to a blood test to check this as their first line of defense. Most will automatically write you out a prescription for something pharmaceutical. Now, what led up to me thinking that I was deficient? I used to be the most outgoing, carefree person in the world. Not much would bother me, and I’d be happy and playful like a child… one day, it was almost as if a switch went off. Like somebody had turned the power off from that person.
Not knowing what it was for 15 years, I tried everything but pharmaceutical medication. Simply, because, I know the effects and side effects. Not to mention, how hard they are to get off. So I avoided them. Just sort of lived in this almost zombie like state of being… Where I never felt happy or sad or anything in between. Not to mention, my ability to focus and get things done like music… was almost nonexistent. As I couldn’t sit for more than 15 minutes without moving onto something else.
It was only a few months ago, where I started seeing these videos about deficiency, and how people were feeling when they were deficient that I started to take notice and decided to take a chance to see if it worked. Even a few days in taking a combo D3/K2 supplement, I noticed that I was feeling more joyful. I was starting to look at things like I used to, with a sense of wonder… and most importantly, I was feeling a tiny bit more like my original self. Which is a godsend after all of these years. Because I had all but given up on hope of ever getting it back.
There is definitely something to this. Remember, you have to take K2 with the D3, and also a easily soluble version of magnesium. All three of them work together, to one: keep calcium from building up in your system… And also to boost each other’s efficiencies. Try it… what do you have to lose? It’s definitely better than the pharmaceutical route. Something that I fear doctors have been programmed against and pharmaceutical companies have been dreading people find out.

@@richardanjello2207 i’m doing good, thank you. Definitely coming out of the fog that had been my life for too many years. I find it kind of appalling that doctor don’t do the tests needed in order to check peoples levels of vitamins and minerals, to search for deficiencies before they automatically divert to pharmaceutical medications. I think that there’s just too much collusion in the medical profession between the two entities. So much so, that it fogs peoples perceptions and allows them to be persuaded away from natural causes of issues in automatically connect their patients with pharmaceutical solutions.
Our bodies are well oiled machines, and if any one level of any vitamin or mineral is off… It can spark a whole lot of issues. The same thing with the stomach. The health of the flora and bacteria in our stomach, can cause a plethora of issues with mental health and the feeling of well-being. Doctors tend to automatically put people on SSRI’s, which only mask the issue and don’t take care of the actual problem, causing the issue.
Which means people have to be proactive in their own health and force their doctor into testing them for these things. Because otherwise, the doctor will laugh at all. I have a doctor that I go to that does the same thing with anything that isn’t pharmaceutical. It makes me laugh, because you can see he’s a product of the system. He’s a great guy, and I love talking to him, but , he has been taught just like most… That the only good way is the pharmaceutical one. So, I hope I continue to improve. I have slowly been improving over time. I think again, everybody needs to take their health into their own hands and make sure they cure the issue before they mask the problem. Because that is only kicking the can down the road, which can cause greater issues in the future for them.

Bone and pain, aching and restless legs! I’ve had relief after three days. Doc put me on 30,000. D and k supplement and told me to take magnesium citrate too. I can’t believe it! Brain fog? I definitely experienced that sleep weirdness with the 50,000 IU pill. I took that before bed once and never again. Trippiest dreams I've ever had. Absolutely agree that things improved for me once I started taking significant doses of vitamin D. I was at a 7 once and was fine but at 23 the symptoms were severe. I think your mind just augments whatever you are going through exponentially when you are deficient in some of these vitamins.

I would like to add another note to this video which can help many of us as well
Everything he described I felt for about 20 years It started since I was 25 yrs old
I was very active and normal weight fit
I went through so many DRs and all my blood work came out perfect so they said it was all in my brain
    That just made it worse
It didn’t stop me from going out and enjoying my life because I fought for my joy even though I was dying inside
I grow up being a hard worker I fought throw it and made a successful carrier Now the point I’m making is
I finally figured out exactly what was wrong with me
I had sleep apnea And the crazy thing about it is that 90% of all my symptoms are gone
You would have never thought I would have had sleep apnea
What I’ve learned is that when you don’t have enough oxygen in your blood
Your body will make you feel just about every symptom described in this video plus more
You could check your oxygen levels. and you won’t catch it
    t will show normal
So my suggestion is to check if you have sleep apnea as well and be ready for people to laugh at you if you appear to be skinny. Now I’m thinking my extra 10% bone pain could be vitamin D deficiency
It sucks that we sometimes have to dig in more then our DRs care to do
I felt lonely for along time.
I would have to do along video to describe what I went through it was insane what I lived but never fell into depression but I could see how many of us can
God bless you and hopefully many of you read this and I hope there’s another answer
Keep in mind sleep apnea doesnt mean you’ll catch it in one day
Sometimes it takes 3 days to see if you have it ❤
    Side note
    Thin nose
    Large neck
    Central apnea any body weight
    B1 deficiency
    There’s more
I can’t remember right now but do some research

My sons kept watching me sleep every night for about one week
And they saw me struggling with my breathing
So they would count to see how many seconds I would stop breathing
My sons said i would hold my breath for about 35 seconds and then I would exhale
The crazy thing about it is that I had a hard time believing that I would do that
But sure enough I was getting worse and worse so I started to buy mouth pieces to try them out
None of them worked for me
I purchaed a tongue one that makes your tongue stick out your mouth like the way those dogs sleep them British bull dogs :)
That worked at times but keep in mind I had a tongue issue
but not until I got the cpap machine it was a completely different story
My issue was that my tongue would fold back and block my throat after it would relax
I had a friend that I helped as well he was going through anxiety and a little depression so I decided to sleep over his house to watch him sleep and sure enough his nostrils inside seemed to collapsed so he had a hard time breathing he would not inhale or exhale not even open his mouth to breath
so he would always have really bad dreams I would wake him up as he was holding his breath
Weirdest thing was his issue was his nose
He also got a cpap machine and he’s like a champ now
      Skinny guy 5”8 150 pounds
      Hopefully this helps you out
I feel like a champ immediately when I started using it
Everyday day it got better and better
I’m in love with that machine
Things that make it worse that I’ve noticed
Late dinners and you sleep right away
      Alcohol
      No exercise
But honestly with the cpap machine I’ve gotten away with all of it
I’ve been using the cpap machine now for about 8 years
The best thing I’ve ever done
I was scared at first to use it
It went away the first time I used it

      Don’t give up

I started taking magnesium and 10,000d3 and k2
For about 2 weeks and then 5000 d3 with k2 for a month
Look online for the right amount of k2 for the D3
      That helps tremendously as well
I’ll take it for about 1 month and I’ll stop for a month and start again etc
Research it so you wont overwhelmed your mind.
Also before I would go to bed
I concentrate how nice it is to feel my body on my bed and and I concentrate on how beautiful life is
Looking for positive feelings every-time you sleep as weird as it sounds but it works
Remind yourself how good it is to be here

Damn, I just seen this video. I found out my vitamin D was 20 so they gave me 50k units. Once a week but I take vitamin D two every night before bed 5000 units. But in the morning I also take a multivitamin I did not think something so little could cause such a big problem which now after 2 1/2 weeks of taken these vitamins I feel way better I don’t feel nauseous dizzy, but I also don’t feel like something missing in my stomach, what I suggest is that since it’s something like that, so I suggest everybody go get every single level of vitamins checked in their system and to take a multivitamin every single day. One thing is that I look at every single ingredients to see if it has vitamins or what kind of vitamins, which is weird now. Also, I will say is that I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately and insomnia ever since I’ve been starting the vitamin D, I noticed that I feel more tired but I also feel way calm and my anxiety has dropped a lot.

You might want to bump that dose a bit. 1,600 is generally not enough to move the average person into the 30+ng zone. Try ~4,000 a day for a maintenance dose. 8,000+ if you are heavy. Then give it several months for your level to plateau. Consider taking a 'loading dose' that is several times higher for a period of ~2 weeks. Something like 15,000+ iu D3 per day (!) for about two weeks will get your D moving in the right direction. Then fall back to the maintenance.

I (around 180-185 pounds) supplement with 6500 iu of D3 daily and my levels are 43 ng/ml...just within the range marked as acceptable. I didn't measure my levels before starting to supplement but it was winter in central europe so I probably had suboptimal levels. What I noticed after 4-6 weeks was a decrease in muscle soreness after working out, better sleep and better energy levels throughout the day. From all the supplements I ever took Vitamin D was one of the few with a very noticeable positive effect.

Also omitting sugar and reducing carbs help SO much with aches and brain fog. Sugar is toxic. Carbs turn into sugar.
