Let’s talk about how vitamin D affects your different organs and tissues.
I think you’ll be surprised to learn how broad the effect of vitamin D is on your body. Vitamin D receptors are in just about every cell of your body.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, so it goes right to the center of the cell and has huge effects on it. I believe this is the most important fat-soluble vitamin.
Vitamin D is important for virtually every part of your body. If you take a vitamin D supplement, be sure it’s a high-quality natural supplement.
Vitamin D affects certain organs and tissues, including the:
    1. Brain
    2. Hair
    3. Scalp and skin
    4. Sinuses
    5. Thymus gland
    6. Immune system

I have been struggling with multiple body problems,
I was depress, body ache, always felt like tired, gut problem., Sleep apnea, sinus problems, hair loss, my skin always looked pale, also my liver became fatty. I m just 30 years old.
Doctors have never been able to help , as no one able to correctly diagnos and corelate my different problems . I am really tired of taking all the medicine.
I saw your video , started taking
Vitamin d and results are astonishing.
It's been four weeks I m already feeling great,
I have good mood, tiredness is gone, better sleep, able to do little exercises as body pain has reduced as well.
I truly thank you sir, for helping people like me.

Niiice post! I just left hospital and rehab. They are not trying to improve your health. It’s all about how long they can keep you there and get paid. A doctor told me their rehab doesn’t get paid if a patient returns for the same problem. I think being fed by IV tube is very nutritious. I received electrolytes with 7.7 pH. Once they serve you regular food your health down spiral. It’s cheap food without good nutrition. I heard about doctor college in Cuba and seems like a good deal.

I'm almost 46 years old. I was told several years ago that I was dangerously low on D after going to the doctor for joint and muscle pain and stiffness and fatique. I felt much better within 3 days after starting supplements. I still have struggled with weight loss despite regular exercise, dry skin, thinning hair, lack of energy, etc. I began a Keto diet and intermittent fasting since Christmas. I also have been drinking a concoction of lemon juice, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and Himalayan salt everyday. My skin is plumper, tighter, smaller, I've lost only 6lbs, but built muscle as I lift weights regularly, and this is the kicker...some of my freckles, moles, and spider veins are shrinking and fading. I never expected that to be possible and I'm not even sure which thing I'm doing is causing it.

      @athenablack3839 3 года назад +41

I don't really measure. I use about 1/4 tsp spoon of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger, 1/8 tsp clove or 3ish whole cloves, about 1/8 tsp of pink Himalayan salt, and 1/3 to 1/2 of a lemon squeezed. Sometimes I just leave the squeezed lemon rind in the cup. I boil water in a kettle and pour it over. You can add a keto sweetener if you want, or a raw unfiltered honey after it cools a bit (but it's not Keto.) I drink it unsweetened though. I also add 1/4 tsp cinnamon to my morning coffee. Feel free to adjust it to your own taste. Even leave something out if you don't like it. It's just an easy way for me to get a good dose of some of those beneficial things and I find a warm drink relaxing. It also helps me feel full.

Thanks so much Dr. BERG for your detailed explanation what Vit D3 does for the body. I check every 3 to 6 months my Vit. D 3 by a blood test and now I take 15.000 I.E. daily to reach 60 to 80 ng/ml. In december I had 37ng/ml. 3 month before I had 52ng/ml. Because we have winter in Germany, no sun. I knew already how important D3 is for each of us, but now I learned soooo much more about all the benefits of D3. What I realize since taking D3 (since 5 years) , that I sleep better, feel much energy, no illness, no inflammation, no cold. I have Hashimoto and D3 helps me a lot. My immunesystem is very strong, I take regularly supplements D3 with K2, magnesium, B12, berberin and bittermelone. And I will also take zinc for the future. My food is mostly vegan, biological food, never ever fast food. I have already shared your video for some people which have health problems and hope they would listen to your advices.
Thanks again and greetings from Germany Ursula

Directly I ordered another Magnesium with a high bioavailability and healthy components. TITANDIOXID is very bad for the body. New and even elder studies confirmed this. My hair started falling out like crazy and so I started looking into it as I am 29 years old, and this seems to happen cyclically. I will cut my hair because it looks horrible and thin, and then it grows a bit and looks nice and healthy. Then, when it gets to the same length, it starts thinning out again, and I can notice it at my hairline. I started supplementing with vitamin D and K2 5000 IUs both in the morning and at night. I also started supplementing with iron and vitamin C before bed, because I don’t want the vitamin C to interact with my stimulant ADHD medication. Not only is my hairline sprouting all of these crazy baby hairs, but a couple of weeks into supplementing vitamin D, I cannot even believe how much better I feel. Stable moods, less irritability, more energy… I just don’t feel like I’m going to die with every step I take anymore. I had no idea just how dangerously low I was until I started taking this vitamin. I’m going to get my levels checked with a doctor next month for my annual physical, but I know for a fact that if I had them checked a month or so ago, it would be an alarmingly low result. I just FEEL so much different. Even my thirst and hunger signals have returned. It sounds weird to say this, but I would go a whole day without eating or drinking, and that would make me feel even worse. But I never got hunger or thirst signals. Now, it’s like I can never get enough water and I feel so much better for it.
All of these beautiful results just from being alarmed from excessive hairfall.. I am so glad that I started this regimen. Low vitamin D can cause something called telogen effluvium which is the exact thinning pattern I have down my middle part. It’s only been a month or so, but there are so many hairs sprouting across my hairline that I know in about a year, it will have made all of the difference!

I was diagnosed with achalasia in 2018, caused I believe by the scarlett fever I'd had in Dec 2017. I did not get any treatment for my achalasia, that's another story, but really upped my intake of vitamin D due to cov 19. My symptoms of the achalasia have really improved since doing that, and it is a condition they say you do not recover from (and medical treatment is very experimental, painful and unsuccessful really). I continue to improve, I'm sure it's down to vitamin D as its the only change I've made. I'm on 3000-6000 daily. I love your informative videos, you explain everything really well 💕💕💕
