@@livpadelski7833 still no use. I have tried different types of tensions from 2 until 9 with my ev880 and nothing. at this point I think it's faulty :(

I have a Brother Inovis 750e, I don't have that option on my machine, or I can't find it, is it possible
might have it in the screen software, i found it in there it shows a little scissor with a read thread on mine
If the bobbin tension is tight will thst cause the bobbin thread to show on the top side?
That means you have it in upside down. Should be like a p, not a q
