Are you using pre wound bobbin or did you wind them yourself?

yes it well help. if you are making really small fonts you might want to use a smaller needel that the 75/11

for example if you will be embroidering small fonts make sure you use a diffrent needle size 65/9 and also use a polly 60 treads
