- Judge to Trump's Attorney: 'Losing All Credibility' Judge Juan Merchan is starting to show his bias in the case, attacking Trump’s attorney Todd Blanche multiple times during the gag order argument. Blanche has argued that all of Trump’s post were just him publicly defending himself from attacks by Cohen and Daniels. "I'm asking the questions. I'm going to be the one who decides whether your client is in contempt,” shouted Judge Merchan. When Blanche said Trump was defending himself after Cohen used the word “pardon,” the Judge went on another tirade. “When your client violates a gag order, I expect more than one word!” Does anyone actually believe Trump will get a fair trial from yet another leftist Judge who donated to Biden?

I’m a family victim of a multiple murder trial and the judge is not allowed to participate (speak his own opinion in any shape or form!) he is only there to make sure that the lawyers on both sides adhere to the rules and laws on the books.

Me too. I am recently retired NYC lawyer. I am ashamed of my state and my legal system. How much money does it cost for these judges and prosecutors to throw aside justice and integrity? This case is as you say a clown show. It’s going to end the careers of these guys!

The demon rats actually admit their guilt with their screaming “Trump will persecute us” if they weren’t guilty of something why would they have this fear? And they also admit what they are doing to President Trump is purely persecution. If they weren’t doing the very same to Trump why would such a thought even come to mind? Any one without all this fraud and malfeasance to hide would not think along such lines. If they knew they were acting legally and truthfully they might say things like he will make our lives difficult for us once reelected but that they specify persecution tells me they know exactly what they are doing and now are getting nervous because what goes around comes around and won’t be all too long till they can experience a little of what they did to president trump. I say a little because they have deserved any misery or karma they experience and they themselves know damn well what they are doing to Trump is worthy of any persecution and “bad feelings like fear, constant nervousness, feeling unsettled they are already starting to consider. It’s only going to get much much worse demonrats, much worse. You have no idea what suffering you should endure and it still will never be enough.

No they don't do anything except appeals. They are an appellate court. They don't step in to open cases on trial. Never have . You have to have guilty verdict and have filed an appeal before they can even hear a trial.
@@kaydeedid Actually wrong on that. The SCOTUS has stepped into open cases in the past where the accused rights were being denied and threw the charges out. All it takes is a petition from someone with the guts to do it to get the SCOTUS to act on it.
