Truth is it isn’t I looked up the rules of Georgia court. I can’t post the screen shot on here but the yelling at a judge, DA or attorney is. Not allowed and a crime. As a former Deputy Clerk of Court (SC), I can honestly say I have never seen an Attorney act so disrespectfully toward a Judge. I have never served as Clerk in a Circuit Court or for a Judge that would not have had the attorney held in contempt and removed from the courtroom. There was no respect for the Judge or the Judicial Process.
My dad is a retired Judge in Duval county,FL ( which is pretty ghetto) and I used to spend my summers in his courtroom and I can tell you I have never seen anything like that. He would never allow such a thing and he is the most patient person I know.
Dismiss her from the courtroom permanently. She is definitely out of order and control.

If ANYONE from the GENERAL PUBLIC yelled at AND DISRESPECTED a sitting judge like that they would immediately be jailed...WHY THE SPECIAL TREATMENT???
