Very Thoughtful Information, Sir. Sometimes we get confused if it's the current situation due to which you are thinking of a career change or you actually want to pursue your passion. The situation maybe temporary and the decision for a change shall be permanent.

Great point! It may be that the current situation is not offering growth or has become stagnant,, or maybe the people or company aren't quite the right fit, but the desire and passion to expand within that career is still there.
Some things to think about 🤔 ..

Excellent information. Can you make a video for the Mothers who want to return to work after a break of 6-8 years and make a carrier in their 40s? Facing lot of constraints, mind blocks, confusion.......

Hi Narendra, I might be able to give you some advice on this. Think out of the box, the IT career gets stagnant after 35 years of age, soon or later someone younger will come with the new technologies and replace you, and companies will happily hire them since they will have more energy, will settle to work for less and companies need exactly what they want from them. In this situation, 1. you could do is upgrade yourself by learning new trends and technology 2. Move where you are valued more, the world is open keep trying 3. Start something on your own it will get you a boost even if you fail, you will learn a thing or two on the way e.g tons of IT stuff to do online. Feel free to comment if you have any other question

Unfortunately i have to look for a new job at 43. It was not my decision to leave the company however some circumstances came into my life.. where i lost my 11 yrs Aviation career. So i am getting knowledge from motivational videos.
