I know what exactly you’re saying…❤ so true..
I am 42 years.. last 5-7 years and career went downhill due to bad health. But now it feels like I am starting my career again. When most of my friends are settled in career, I am like a learner.
Last 1.5 years spend first half of every weekend in studying , everyday morning 1 hr per day.. cut down ott time, social media time partying or socializing. Learning clouds, Data sc., AI and kind of got addicted to these new stuffs.

That's very motivational. In my late 20s, I used to think with 7-8 years of experience, I'm pretty much set in my life 😂 I guess we gotta push our limits and keep learning with a beginners mindset irrespective of the no. of years of experience

Rightly said, Anand! "Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind then it doesn't matter" - Mark Twain💥
We tend to limit ourselves within the cuffs called age, which is the biggest problem.

People want to grow in their careers but they want to remain in sweet spot of 8 hour sleep, people want to climb the ladder and not lose job while there is a recession, but they don’t want to upskill in technology and walk on the quest to become better version of themselves. We are a reason of how our story pans out, atleast show respect to the man that he is sharing such key pointers

But I’m afraid will I stay in the MNC without being complacent to mediocrity because most of the jobs today are just replaceable and stagnancy in learning curve esp. in MNCs With rising prices and stiff competition, I’m worried that I will become incompetent to search for other jobs with higher CTC and also job security. I’m afraid i won’t have any transferable skills or specialised expertise in my career life. In short, I’m just doing a job not building a career.
