As a day one player, it seems I got this blueprint when the Liberator was a non-exotic weapon. Now that it is an Exotic, the blueprint has been removed. For those that came after Exotics when live, you can try any 182 or 204 assault rifle. I mentioned it one this video: ruclips.net/video/1_w8wG9cUog/видео.html

Anyway, I've tried this build; I must say, this is brilliant. The idea is excellent. My build is about 95% exactly the same. Except a few little changes here and there. (Had the set rolled already and didn't think of EAD.)

This video is a God send! - Just realised this week that I have 5 classy tac pieces apart from the backpack - never tried Tactician before, and was looking for a good build that used seeker mines. Also love running predatory on my ARs' as I'm strictly pve and mostly run solo. Going to try this tonight, many thanks.

Man I’ve been playing this game since day one! I’ve completed it totally and got all achievements - including the DLC on my Xbox & my PS. I’m now working my way though the achievements on PC. And after all that you still taught me stuff I didn’t know! I’ve rolled everything exactly as you’ve suggested and I’m now off in search of the low end assault rifle with the correct rolls using my 3rd character. Unfortunately I don’t have a Liberator like yours. Damn! Anyway I liked and subscribed. Excellent content! And thanks for teaching me new stuff!

If you're trying to do this now there's a Liberator at Camp Clinton with a 256 GS that has Predatory as it's passive. Also has Intense which qualifies in a skill build and you can make the other proc Talented or Competent. It's a great gun to use if you don't have the Liberator blueprint like 357 has.

Brilliant video. This is essentially what I use. I never really use the turret...the only other thing I use is to switch the Sticky with an Overheal when I go to extract.

Went out and found a M4 with Ferocious and Destructive as the first two, Predatory as the free talent. You are spot on ThreeFiveSe7en, the healing from Predatory with this build is insane, much better than I expected, it will fully recover you very quickly when you're killing multiple purples with Seeker, or if you get a couple of yellows close together with the Sticky. Like you said, I went from always having 1-2 med kits in Challenging to having 4-5 throughout. I think I only use a med kit now when I am trying to get rid of a status effect.

Wow, I'm really glad I discovered this video. I picked up The Division when it first came out but took a very long break from it until recently. When I got back into it, I quickly climbed to 30 and WT5, but there is still a LOT of stuff I don't really understand about the game. My biggest complaint with a lot of "guides" that are out there is they just assume you know all of this super specific stuff about the game. For example, I know the importance of Armor Damage and Elite Damage but I had no idea that either of these could also apply to skills. And it seems tons of guides out there are filled with hundreds of acronyms that just don't make any sense.
I like that you actually explained why you picked the gear you did. Very clear and to-the-point with a no-nonsense breakdown of every piece of equipment. And not once did you start throwing out hundreds of acronyms.
I've honestly been kind of afraid to even ask other people for help in figuring out a good build or just general advice on how to play. It seems much of the community is filled with salty bittervets. It doesn't help that a lot of these types are also the ones churning out guides and advice. There's too much they expect you to know.
I hope you have more build guides because I'm very interested in checking them out!

ThreeFiveSe7en I just started watching "stop hoarding trash" and that's exactly the kind of stuff I wish I had known years ago when the game first came out. I can understand some players not wanting to stick to meta items but I like how you explain a breakdown of all the "good" talents, and how to identify what's worth keeping based on your ideal playstyle and what isn't. And man, I'm glad that these videos are all decently short. Similar videos are 30+ minutes long and let's face it, ain't nobody got time for that.

Nice build and I like your philosophy regarding skill builds. I too prefer not to rely on stacks and since I prefer to run a heal rather than the turret, one thing I have done is to integrate a 'refreshed' mask into my build. As you stated the point of diminishing returns at 450K means stacks don't really improve your heal much (about 20K). Refreshed on the other hand increases my defib by over 70K.

Built it. Love it. Swap between fire and bullet turret and sticky bomb, while running seekers. Rips npcs to shreds.

Hmm... I'm going to have to try the "stat stick" thing with Ferocious. I actually didn't know it stacked onto the seeker mines. Good to know. I love using my Tactician build. I may also have to dust off my Inventive backpack as well just to test this out a bit. I pretty much exclusively use the Relentless backpack because it fits my play style better, but I like what you've done here as well. Thanks!
Just so you know both predatory and Talented will transfer when you switch weapons. The ideal set is Destructive, Ferocious, Determined on the primary, and Destructive, talented and predatory on the second. both ARs 182-204 GS. Just switch to the secondary any time you need Pred or talented, get a kill then switch. Don't miss out on determined man. When they all hit and the bleed finishes them off you get the 7% CD reduction for each, not to mention it works on you Ult if your really in deep.
Appreciate that but Seeker Mines don’t proc Talented. Neither do the Sticky Bomb. Only the Pulse Turret procs Talented. That was nerfed in 1.7 or so. That’s when I went to Determined and now I am with Predatory. Don’t get me wrong Determined is good but for my play style, Predatory is simply better. No need to swap weapons because I am always receiving a passive heal. It’s Nomad without the Nomad. I also carry my old Destructive, Ferocious, Determined 182 Liberator but I never use it anymore. Predatory is now my best friend. I can start a Legendary mission with 5 medkits and finish with 5 medkits because Predatory is just that good.

Started building this classified tactician and o lord how much I love this build. I brought it to underground aswel and it rocks there too. However I switched out turrent there for the sticky bomb and you can end a single wave with it. xD
Awesome, loving the vid and the build. I am still kind of new to the "end game" and have been grinding to get gear and trying to get up to speed on builds. This is a pretty sweet setup and I plan to try it for sure! Have you ever tried running seeker mines with the tactical shield?
The shield was kinda nerfed so it only really works with D3. I have a D3 build so I never really looked at it with anything other gearset.

I was not aware of the nerf to shield. I saw your D3 setup vid which was pretty sweet. I saw another persons vid with a build using the tactical shield and the dual seekers as the primary damage method however the build was a bit squishy. I was just curious since I am still getting my gear situation squared away.

There's a 256 GS Liberator for sale at Camp Clinton this week (2/5/18) with Predatory as a passive and Intense (which qualifies with the most basic Firearms). Can swap out the third for Talented or Competent. For those that don't have that Liberator as a blueprint.
OMG a 182 Liberator! If you're going to use an AR as a stat stick you might as well go with the blingiest one. Very cool!

Just rolled my mask to 8% EAD which adds my total EAD to 61% with 38%DTE and 50%Skill Haste. Just not that lucky to have Ferocious-Destructive-Predatory on an Assault rifle. I only have a 223 LM4 with Ferocious-Destructive-Determined and I also have a 286 Police M4 with Talented-Competent-Predatory.
Hi Great video. I can't seem to understand how you get the 48% EAD. I have built the same exact build and it only adds up to 28%.
I have a few suggestions. I for one believe in OP gear. Just make them all OP. Which in itself will create balance. First I will start with perfect gear that need no changes they are great. Striker, Nomad, Predator, D3, Final Measure, Fire Crest. Gear that need tweaks: Tactician- allow 4 skills to be used and rotated. So when a skill is used and on cool down another skill with show in its place.
Hunters Faith- head shots blind 100% for 8 seconds, body shots disable dives and decrease speed by 30% for 8 seconds.
Dead Eye- allow all bonuses out of cover, and all weapons zoomed.
Alpha Bridge- take away balance requirements and allow each kill to proc 10 secs on each signature. Also put back 6 talents.
Sentry- pve is perfect, pvp 1-3 marks 5% dmg increase, 4th mark blinds 4 sec, 5th mark disables skills 10 sec, 6th mark all bullets guaranteed critical damage.
Banshee- all bonuses it has plus increase more weapon dmg for non rouge and increase run speed for both, invisible on map unless shooting or to other banshee users, rouges receive 100% skill haste.
Lone Star- improved berserker/unforgiving mode. The lower your health the more your weapon dmg increase, weapon rpm increase. Reaching up to 120% damage increase and 50% rpm increase.
Reclaimer- bring back unlimited resources. Just for user.
Now as a bonus ninja back pack should keep its same function but add increase all high ends talents and bonuses by 8%.

Great video, I'd just rolled a sniper with ferocious, destructive and coolheaded so I could spam headshots to get the skills back up quickly. Completely forgot about the extra damage you get from holding an AR, thanks.
Good build. I prefer a relentless backpack though. Skill haste etc about the same, and I’m at 9750 electronics. My seekers don’t instakill as often as this, but the bleed does the job. Weapon talents the same.

i would use high end backpack with relentless talent.. that backpack gave 5% healing for skill damage so you dont need health on kill
If you’re not using the stack,you should just use ninjabag and combine with Striker for more EAD.
Make 3piece Tac,3piece Striker......

Hello 👋 again 😅, to come back at the weapon ,I normally use ‘talented ‘ determined’ as talents so I get my skill mush faster when they’re on cool down. Use a 182 gun .
Bro, I made this build last night based off this video....I have not laughed so hard while playing a game in a long time....Bosses and Elites get DESTROYED by the seeker mines and Sticky bomb. I need a classy tactician chest piece to replace the regular tact one I have, but my sticky bomb is at almost 1.1M damage...thanks for the new level of fun!!!

i like this build enough to give it a shot. atm im running a 10k tact, barrett, specialized pack bomb build. with tac skill stack, the bomb perk, and talented. i can get the bomb upwards of 4 mill if all elements are done in sync.( thats not regular or easy ) so thats why i like the thought of this build. i rely too heavily on my gun atm. which isnt great being im so weak. also, this gives me something to farm for. so im excited to try.
EXCELLENT tutorial, you do an great job of explaining the 'why'. Also, you've convinced me about Predatory, it makes a lot of sense especially when soloing harder activities and you get those grenades/RPGs/whatever landing on you behind cover, you need a consistent/constant heal. I just need to go farm up a LW M4 now that I can roll Destruction, Ferocious & Predatory onto.
Questions:
1. The Bullfrog AR has a fast fire rate (900 rpm), and it's free talent is a great bonus to damage. Since it's an AR and has native Enemy Armor damage, why not use that as your firing weapon instead of the SMG?
2. The Urban MDR AR is a semi-auto, but it's damage per shot is higher than a semi-auto Marksman Rifle, plus its free talent is an 18% damage bonus against enemies under status effect. Would this be a good alternative, considering that often your enemies are bleeding?
3. Barrett's chest piece...any consideration for that since your opening salvo is typically the Seeker or Sticky and the 5-piece set bonus just isn't that great? Or, is it just too inconsistent?
4. Could you make a video(s) about where to setup/take cover for the Tactician on the common PVE content (missions, HVTs, incursions, etc.)? This is the part that is the hardest when making a transition to Challenging, Legendary or Heroic as a Tactician.
Note: If people want to farm for the 'stat stick', they can set world level to 3 and then do named bosses. Guaranteed to get 2 yellows or better (gear set or exotic item) per named boss, and can farm ~12 in 25 minutes.
Sorry for the late reply. I use the SMG because I generally dont shoot when using this build and an SMG does crazy damage up close which is the only time I need to shoot. I am sure you can find a different weapon that better suits your play style but for me, its all about dropping skills more than it is actually landing shots in this build.
you need to have the liberator wield to get the bonus or it happens regardless you re using the liberator or not? btw great video !!
I appreciate that. It’s doesn’t have to be the Liberator. Any low gear score assault rifle will do as long as it as Destructive and Ferocious on it.

i finished the story and i never get taht blueprint. Have only purple one. And for exotics i have only damascus blueprint. Where can i find blueprint for taht weapon?
Question; if you're already past the soft cap, would switching Predatory with Determined and using the Relentless bag instead of Inventive work as well (maybe better, depending on how bad DR hits) while keeping sustain up?
Relentless and Determined just doesn’t measure up to Inventive and Predatory for me but to each his own. The healing from Relentless is remarkably smaller than the healing from Predatory but don’t take my word for it. Try for yourself. I use this build to solo Legendaries. See if your version works better you and run with it if it does.
ThreeFiveSe7en I sure wouldn't say remarkably smaller, and in fact it's probably significantly higher. A relentless build has a sticky with a base damage of 1,000,000. 5% of that is 50,000 which is 25% of your 200,000 health, so smaller than predatory. But that is base damage, add the EAD and DTE and that same sticky will easily hit for over 2 million which if we do the math again, will be 50% of your health instead of the 35% from predatory. And I'm pretty positive that 2 million is quite conservative as I believe I hit for over 3 million with my sticky. Now seekers is different story, as I think I've done the math before and they do about half of what a sticky does, but I'm also unclear if you get 5% of the bleed damage.
Don't get m wrong, I still run predatory on my secondary for additional healing when shit hits the fan...generally from me messing up lol. I guess that's one of the great things about this game...what works for one person, may not be the best for another, depending on play style. Oh the choices are too many! lol

I looked and looked but never got the blueprint for the liberator. But was able to purchase a level 30 black market ak-74 from Camp Clinton. Put the three talents and EAD 56.50% and DTE 35% and still not optimized.

Honestly, before 1.8.1, i would say no BUT the new update made div tech easier to obtain so go for it. But only optimized for the sake of getting your stats up. Dont waste it on armor. Also you know they sell Classified caches at the special equipment vendor in the terminal now. Go try your luck. And if you have GE credits, they have Classified Tact caches for sale too at the GE vendor.
Hi skill master 😅. I use same build but use 5 (4% dte electronics ) mods ! I made a 182 ak47 yesterday with fer,dus,pred. I have now 58% dte and 58%ead .crazy ! My electronics is 415k , I have also 5 ,267 electronics 3300 but I tried it with dte mods just to see .I have to try it at 30 stacks ok 👌
Hey 357, I mimicked this build and I want to thank you for the advice. I run a lot of solo PVE as well, I think it does affect the turret. I switched from 1 weapon to the next and the turret damage increases and lowers. Thought maybe you could check it out and let me know.

I find myself often getting kicked from legendary missions or even challenging on ps4 so I want to step up my game a bit. Is this still viable?

A lot of people have messaged me saying they don’t have the blueprint either. Most do have it and can’t recall how they got it while others don’t have it at all.
I didn't get that Liberator weapons blueprint after finishing the single player campaign. And I've done all of them missions/side missions??
Is a late to the game thing? I joined December 2017.
P.S. Have you made a "trash - not trash" video on the mods? Cuz I can really get lost in all those options. Especially since I've relied on test and trial method when it comes to what route to go with what gear set, and then you have the *not completed* 6 piece Classified sets that I keep cuz... "what if". :-P
P.P.S Also the thing with what goes best with "X".... and what does mean if it's combined with "Y". You dig?

I completed the story quests in january/february sometime but I don't have any exotic blueprint except for the Damascus. Has this changed? Or how do I go about getting the Liberator exotic blueprint? (Great video as always and excellent build breakdown!)
Keep your eye on the blueprint vendors at Camp Clinton and the Terminal for a 204 or a 182 assault rifle blueprint. I also try to announce it when I see one back in rotation.

I tried replicating what you've done as close as possible but it looks like I'm gonna be shy of the 450k skill power point. I'm at 438k now. Is it important to hit the 450k mark or is high 430's low 440's good enough?
I have since removed skill power from my mask. I think I am closer to 440k skill power now. Definitely better and more suited as I have DTE and EAD on my mask instead

Love your vid, but I'm not so sure about the inventive. Every time I want to shoot my SB i get hit the minute I pop my head out of cover and thus losing my 15% SP
woudn't it be better to use a relentless backpack? 5% of the damage dealt is returned as healing...You do a lot of damage with the SB and mines...That's almost 2 bars of health back.
I don't know how much % extra Skilpower is 200% from FA and stamina that is added to Skillpower with a specialized backpack?
but relentless has saved my ass on multiple occasions
BSH1975 if you are running full electronics, then that puts you just under 3000 for each of firearms and stamina, so rounding up that gives you 6000 combined. 200% of 6000 is only 12,000 skillpower for using specialized. Let's say you only have 300,000 skillpower (very low for all electronics skill build) and add specialized to that. It would only give you an additional 4% skillpower, which is terrible! That's why people choose inventive for 15% skillpower or barrets chest for 10%.
I generally run relentless on my skill builds for solo, and sometimes even in a group of 2 people, but will switch to inventive in a full squad or with a healer in the group. Also predatory as a weapon talent can make up for not having relentless, even though I run both together many times.
I too used to get hit as soon as I tried to aim the sticky, but lately I've tried not really aiming. Just line up the little circle thingy and tap the sticky button to shoot it. I miss sometimes, but it gets easier the more you try it. It might be worth a try, even though it's kinda hard to explain.

That’s the basis of the video. EAD applies to the Sticky bomb, the seeker mine and I just found out that it also applies to the turret. Damage to Elites is the only one that doesn’t apply to the turret.
Uhg...... dont have the 182 liberator blueprint. This really changes the build. Im stuck at about 410k ele as i have to use 1 mod for stamina to get the gun talents on a 208.
Don’t have the blueprint for the lib !! Any ideas !!!!🤷♂️ on 4th charracter at the min

I'm probably overthinking this, but for you to proc predatory don't you need to get the kill with your weapon ie "The Liberator" not your seekers?

Yes you can and the BFB procs Predatory as well. You can see me proc it at 6:10
How would this change to run in a group?
There is really nothing to change. Maybe if you are running with a Reclaimer, change Predatory to Determined.
Yah that sucks. I usually just wait until they are almost dead from the bleed then pop up and finish them off
What do you thing of using purple electric Damage to Elites mods with this build?
I think the purple mods are cool. I thought about it for this video but unfortunately I didn’t have any and that part of the video was left out.
Could be useful if your want to only run challenging missions but it will require you to stack to hit the soft cap. You'll be losing out on almost 50-75 electronics and 3300 SP per mod. The highest elec DTE mod i have found recently is 189 Elec. Running legendary or DZ you are better off running SH up to 50% then SP.
Josh K There's 211 ELE 3% DTE Mods for purchase until Friday at Camp Hudson. But, you definitely want to keep running ELE with Skillpower mods.

Josh K you can’t run 50% skill haste with classified tachtian..... are you stupid? The max is 40% skill haste on classifieds. Unless you run Barrerts and that’s 10% with both skills on cool down to equal 50% skill haste. That’s the only way.
Hey bro I've copied your exact build and I've even got 60% enemy armor damage but my skill power is only 386,000 and my seeker mines don't hit as hard as yours do (
Are you running an Inventive backpack? I have updated this build since posting this video. I have EAD and DTE on my mask. I also optimized all my stats except for armor.
so this is the build alot of guys running in legs missions.. Ive been grouped with a bunch of 260-270gs guys that destroy 2-3 enemies with seekers mines. Im def trying this build
This is the one. With this build you can solo legendaries like its nothing.
I still dont get how you get 450k SP without stacks here. I have nearly *identical* setup as you and im at 390K SP without stacks. 5 piece classified with max roll elec and an inventive .
Check your rolls. You are missing something somewhere. A 10k Tact literally hovers at the skill power soft cap at all times.
