Whats funny is, if part one wasn't so well received, I would of never even bothered with part 2. The fact that this topic is the topic that took me from less than 500 subs to over 4000 and climbing is humbling. The saying is true; find a need and fill it. I am humbled by the success of this entire series. I am humbled by the attention in general. I have a whole new respect for youtube content creators in general.
I returned to the game recently and your other videos helped so much to clear out my trash. Now my stash and inventory is PACKED with weapon mods (probably 90% trash) in fear of getting rid of something good.

Excellent video, and series. Well done, I’ve subscribed. The only mod that rolls Accuracy that I would point out that you should keep at least one of is the small laser pointer as it is the only mod that can fit the underbarrel slot for pistols.
That’s a good suggestion but to avoid even that so just make sure to buy every blueprint, in the long run if you ever need that certain piece you’ll be glad knowing you have access to it even if you can’t find specific one you can easily craft it

I have been playing this game since beta, however I left around version 1.6. I have recently returned and I only ever had a vague understanding of meta because I never cared. That was a huge mistake on my part for not taking this games lack of balance seriously regardless of my two months spent in game, most of which was spent in the Dark Zone. Now that I'm back I've set a goal for myself to get my 435 rouge kills to 800 by the launch of The Division 2 and let me just say solely because of you I can now understand meta and will be able to create a proper PvP build. I am eternally grateful for the "Stop Hoarding Trash" series. Now I just have to research proper farming routes and locations! GOOD LUCK FELLOW AGENTS AND GOD BLESS THREEFIVESE7EN!

Excellent video as always. The only point I disagree with is tossing vertical grips, since shotguns, particularly The Showstopper, benefit quite a bit from the optimal range increase. For any other weapons, OR is trash, however.
This is a very good guide. There is only one weapon hiccup with this guide - The Bullfrog and Uncomplicated: Damage is increased by 15%, Accuracy and Stability mods reduce this bonus. It DOES have a wicked recoil, two piece Striker helps. But I had to focus on optimal range and CHC/CHD on it. Uncomplicated works seems to work against accuracy VERY badly, it feels like the more Accuracy mods you put on it the worse it gets... And I've only found one LWM4 and only two LVOAC so far. Yet today I just had my 2nd Bullfrog drop. :/

hey man, thanks for the video again, you've brought some sanity back to my inventory. Had a question about Accuracy mods though - do they really have no use, even if for LMGs, like in a Nomad LMG or a tactician support/sticky/seeker builds? If not, what would you recommend on LMGs?
I actually showed how to mod an LMG for Crit Damage. Using Accuracy mods should be a conscious decision. You are willingly giving up your Crit Chance and Crit Damage for Accuracy. If that’s your thing, then to each his own. I would recommend the Accurate talent on the LMG and CHC & CHD Mods.

Indeed I don't even want to log in to Divion these Days cause my stash is full of junk, and I cant decide what to keep. So I play Warframe instead where you don't have to worry about such things.

Awesome video. Although I wouldn't say an underbarrel with optimal range is trash. It's literally broken on shotguns boosting their effective range by a boat load. Especially on the showstopper. Just saying.

I cut a lot of situational focused things out because the script was too bulky. This video was almost 25 mins long at first.
I had to trim the fat and it came down to the part where I said something to the effect of you should only be using these mods (accuracy, headshot, optimal range and reload speed) when you know why you are using them and not because of the DPS meter.
A 25 min video on Weapon Mods was not what I wanted to produce.
Always good. Dumped a lot of trash.

Seen a few guys adding optimum range to the grip for striker/S90 builds.. they explained the damage drop off on smg’s and shottys when you are outside optimum range.. thoughts?
Optimal range on shotguns are lethal but the way I see it, if you are using optimal range mods because you know what they do, you dont need me to tell you they arent any good. This video is for those that dont know and are using optimal range because of aesthetics or what the DPS meter shows.
ThreeFiveSe7en was mostly curious for your input on it. If you have tried it and if you think it’s worth the trade off. You can tell you put a lot of work into the videos. Well done.
