- The Division NON-Classified Builds Resistance Farming and Legendary (Not for Veterans)! Some times people tend to over-complicate things when the simple solution is just in front of them. Something similar to that can apply on The Division too. Now you will said what am I talking about and i will give you an answer. I've seen so many videos lately that are showing easy resistance farming! Like, you will get 3 to 4 classified pieces in less than 20 minutes, by finishing the 8 waves, and that is true. those videos are nice and probably made for the new players, or comeback players who didn't completed their classified gear sets during Global Events. The problem is that nobody is going to tell you that this is a hard as fuck way to get classified, and another thing is that those kind of players doesn't have the right tools and by that I mean right builds,for farm the resistance and in this video I will show you 2 simple builds for farming. Also I want to say that resistance farming showed in those videos is not that easy and if you are a new player you will have a hard time trying to do that. There is a more simple way to farm the classified gear sets and i will show you how I'm doing classified farm. I also have a video about that but than again there is nothing wrong with that resistance farming method but it is not the only way. Everything started when I read a comment bellow one of my videos! So let me show you original conversation and we will continue with the video!
OK. first let me tell you why i think resistance is hard for new players. First 4 waves are easy, than you have the 5 wave which is the bosses wave, and if you screw up this one you will have insufficient funds for opening more resistance caches at the end. Exactly that happened to me when I finished Larae Barrett to quick. I was trigger happy and almost ruined everything!!! I missed those points at the end to open one more cache at the end, but if you are less skilled player you will also have a hard time waiting till the very end of the 5th wave to finish the boss. Especially if you get the shield guy! This is first thing you have to have on your mind. Another problem is surviving the wave 8. Have in mind that i was playing with the high end build which i will show you in details after this part. And I am not a new player. ...Commendations SHOW ..A tip. You can make out what you missed in wave 5 now in wave 8, but it is going to be harder. In this wave you will know is your build strong enough. Great number of players go down in this wave. So, Get yourself at this position, put your ammo box on the floor and your turret on the cover and try to finish as many shot-gunners as you can! Wait, depending on where your computer is, till the very end of the countdown and once you finish couple of shutgunners run to the computer to secure the data breach. This is going to be the most difficult part and as I said many ppl will go down in this wave left with nothing. After you successfully prevented the data breach, leave one of your enemies alive and pick up your shade tech from the floor. Open this big gate and first classified can be yours once you open the first resistance cache on the floor. But, there is no guarantee that it will be a classified piece. When you take all this things together you will see that is not easy farming method at all!
This high end build is strong enough to even get you through the wave 9 and the disease and i'm saying that because I ve seen so many different builds and gear set combinations for the resistance farm, but as you can see, the old simple high end build is just enough even for the hardest content in the game! And that is the reason number one why i made this video. This build will be your favorite build for DZ Farm, open world bosses farm and these are the way more easier farming methods than the resistance farm, at least until you get yourself a nice Classified gear set. and you should aim on striker. I love the division and I played it from launch-day and till today but (there is the but ) they should change the loot drop system! Make it like borderlands so you can farm that gun or classified with that certain boss ! now I just play for no reason I have everything that the game can give me . What’s next ? Billy Jean..I feel You Man, same here, your suggestion is nice and changes are coming, they said in the last SOTG..Doubling drop chance on classifieds, removing vendor exotics from drop-loot pool, 20% chance at classified for completing legendary missions, Div tech on season pass supply crates (100), Div tech from completing dailies (25ea), Div tech for weekly assignments (100), Ijust copied one comment from bellow the SOTG video, :))

Don't be silly... The best possible non-classified gear set to farm resistance is absolutely, without a doubt, D3FNC. Seriously turns waves 1-8 into easy mode. Easy two caches every time

I was very resistant to trying defence, never liked it in past patches. But the changes to base the shield health on your stamina means you can go 6k stam and the rest into firearms. With defence + house + ammo cache I can solo through 8 easily. I haven't tried to wave 10 yet... The only problem is that it struggles with heavy bosses because I am too slow and can't shoot their weak spot. Might switch to flashbang for wave 10.
ryan day Hey Ryan..first of all tnx for the whole build setup in the comment..I didnt go with defence because as you said it is very slow type of gameplay..second thing is that defence is great for the resistance but you need to collect all the pieces to make a build and with the high end it is much better experience in the dz..challenging mode and so on..pieces are laying everywhere and it is easier to play other mods..but again thank you very much and I will try with the defence though I have classified version..tnx..
