I had a friend who commented about my upper arms. I’ve been doing some of your arm videos on a regular basis and even someone else noticed! That made me feel like I had really accomplished something. Thanks for your easy-to-do videos. I don’t always have 30 minutes to do a full-scale arm workout, but I can find 5 minutes even 2-3 times a day.

Annie I’m so delighted that your pregnancy problems have resolved and you are feeling better and less stressed now. Long time since I was pregnant ( my youngest is 40!) but watching your video about your nightmare brought back to me the feelings of vulnerability around pregnancy, especially the first one. I love your videos so much and do the rooftop squats/abs challenge most days along with whichever arm workouts take my fancy. They are so short that they are not daunting and I find it’s more effective than trying to do longer workouts that I will eventually skip. Love your workouts! It would be great to get some standing arms and back and waistline exercises, for those of us with bad knees who can’t get up and down off the floor easily
I followed the other one with the blue workout shirt this is my second day LOL but I plan to stick to it ! Súper easy takes mins from my day of being home anyways !

No warm up necessary. I always say to mix up the arm workout videos - no one video is better than the other, it’s all about switching it up to confuse those muscles so they work harder😊
