17f here, 98 lbs, finished the videos but I currently feel like one of those weird fish at the bottom of the sea that have no purpose other than to lay flat
In just two weeks I went from not being able to finish this video to not only finishing it but adding another video as well. my arms are already starting to feel more defined, thank you for the workouts!!
I'm a 58 year old man, I've never really worked out, so I'm really learning a lot watching this. I really appreciate that you switch up after each 10, I do that, so it helps me. The "Fly" and "Row" are new to me, so I'll try those. I started walking with one 5 pounder and alternate arms as I do so. I pick 3 songs and walk and do these for between 9 and 12 minutes. Just 2 weeks, I feel great. The 20 "pulses" in between may be something I need to work up to. Awesome video. I usually feel silly trying this. Thank you.
You will probably never see this comment but my name is Oliver I'm a 11 year old boy and I just started doing your workouts. I must admit there is not stuff out there like this. Keep up the great work.
I’ve been doing this video twice a week for a month, along with the 15 min cardio. I already feel so much more confident with how my arms look! Thank you so much Annie!!!
I recently found your channel, and love your workouts. They're challenging without being too hard, or too boring. You provide encouragement at the right moments, and I can tell you really love helping people stay fit. I'm 58 and feel proud of myself that I can keep up with you! I've been doing them for almost a month now and can already see a difference. YAY ME! Thank you for all you do.
I recently lost 14lbs from walking and a little jogging and this is the increase I needed to help my arm workouts. I hate upper body workouts, but I know I have to have balance.
This workout made me realize how weak I am. I had to do the last sets without the weights. I will be back until I can do the whole thing. Today is Sunday, so will be back on Tuesday morning to do before work. Thank you!
I have been doing your arm videos 3 times a week during Covid and am so happy! You are a pleasure to watch - you are pretty and encouraging and I love your voice! Favorite workouts that this 53 year old has found! Thanks, Annie!
Wow thank you so much for this message. It means a lot. I'm so glad you are enjoying them. They work for me and it's nice to hear they are working for everyone else too!!!
I have done this everyday for the past week and today is the first time I'm doing it while standing up you definitely feel a difference but it's gotten easier to do every day
Doing this because all I have is 5 pound weights and thought this might inspire some people to do it as well. 👍🌸 Day 1: ✅ I just got humbled 3 mins into this video. My arms are in pain and I FEEL the burn. I thought this would be a breeze since it’s “just 5 pounds” but boy I was mistaken. 6:02, I felt this to my core. Halfway through, I refused to believe that these were just 5 pounds. Day 2: ✅ Same as yesterday, almost quit to “take a break” but I pushed through 🦾🔥 Day 3: ✅ I have been procrastinating like crazy on this, but now I will add an alarm around this time so I don’t forget, now let me begin… I don’t think I feel any different while doing these, they hurtttt 😭 Day 4: ✅ Completed but pain. Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ rest ❌ couldn’t do it today but will be doing it twice tomorrow Day 7: Doing the first round: ✅ The exercise that is the worst has got to be the ´pulling up the weights in front of you’ one, its so bad that I don’t think I’m even doing the exercise right 💀 Doing the second round: ✅ Day 8: ✅ I THINK it might be getting easier now or maybe I’m getting more sloppier. Either way, I still feel the pain which is good‼️ rest ❌ Couldn’t do it because my brain said no 💀 Day 9: ✅ For some reason, for this specific day, I can feel the pain on my shoulders instead of my arms. The lifts tho are gonna be the end of me 😭 rest ❌ Day 10: ✅ It has been confirmed today that I’m getting sloppy with it. In the previous days, I’ve been doing it much quicker than Annie so I didn’t effectively do the exercise. Now that I’m doing the reps with her, going slow and steady, I can feel it. But no pain, no gain. Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Rest ❌ can’t do it today and tomorrow Day 16: ✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Happy Valentines Day!!! My progress is that it still hurts but not extreme until we get to the second set of lifts oml 😮💨 Rest ❌ no today Day 20: ✅ Day 21: ✅ Day 22: ✅ Day 23: ✅ Rest ❌ Day 24: ✅
This year I’m trying to get into the best shape I can possibly be after putting myself on the back burner for so long and I’m going to continue working out with this video. Thank you for taking the time to make this!!
Thanks Annie! What I love about your videos is that even though they are challenging and they totally give results-I have so much fun doing them & actually look forward to them!. It's also fun to read through comments from your team. Feels like we are doing it together making it even more enjoyable.
I did this arm workout earlier today. Whew! That was a little different feeling from using 2lb weights. I felt it !! It was an amazing workout!! Thank you again Annie for sharing all of the varieties of videos to everyone!!! I have been doing your workout videos since December 2020. Thank you also for calling all of us "Team"!! Have a great rest of the week!!
So excited to try this workout tomorrow morning! Your arm workouts have transformed my arms! I see definition and I love it! I also love doing your quick ab workouts! Thank you times a million. Love working out with you!
So, this may sound wierd... but am very young and I am already having muscle and belly fat problems. This has helped me so much, so much infact that I plan to make this a daily routine. I gave in around the 4 minute mark, hopefully I make it farther next time! You just earned yourself a subscriber!
Ive started this recently, Ive done it 3 days in a row. very proud of myself because I always quit its the best workout for me, I got one 5lb weight so i do this twice giving myself a 1:30 break twice and its perfect not to hard or easy!!
I love how supportive you are! And I like how you don’t make us do 30 rows in a row or 30 bicep curls in a row. I like how you break into 3 sections so we get a break from each!
Just now going into college, and I wanted to try and feel better about myself so I did this video. Two weeks later and while I'm doing my own arm workout, I'm doing more intense things and for longer periods of time, and I'm loving working out (Like, anticipating the next workout, which I never thought I'd want to do). Thank you for your help!
First time, half way through, taking a break and I LOVE her already! I tried 2 other videos first and just couldn't get into it. OK, starting again now to finish!
This is amazing! I’m feeling really insecure about my body lately and I’ve decided there is no point just sulking about it, I have to put in the effort to see any results. I have 5 weeks before I go on my summer holidays and I’m hoping I can atleast feel healthier, if not see results by then. This was amazing and I definitely felt the burn😂
Wow! I did it! Annie, I love the variety of your work outs. The 5 lb was a challenge for me but because I have been faithfully mixing it up with your 2 and 3 lb arm workouts, I was successful! Many thanks for these at home workouts.
Just did this workout for first time and boy my arms are shot. I used to be in the weight training class at my high school and haven’t touched weights since. This felt good and just the right amount of pain
I have been doing these workouts for months now and really enjoy them. And glad you got to 5 pound weights because honestly that’s what I’ve been using all along and happy to have a longer one! Thanks.
Another great arm workout- I’ve bumped all my arm workouts to 3 pounds and was looking for a bigger challenge and there was your new video. Perfect! After a year of doing your arm exercises my arms look great! A huge improvement with just 2 and 3 pound weights! Amazing! You keep me motivated so keep them coming! This was tough but I did it! Carol from NY
Day 1: got through it, very tough, arms felt like jello after Day 2: haven’t been motivated to do the workout. But ate a healthy meal and pushing through it. Finished the workout, was easier than the 1st day. Day 3: did it at night. Easier than yesterday. 😊 Day 4: my arms look the same, but I’m noticing that I’m having less soreness after the workout. Yet, I don’t have 8lb weights. So I’ll keep using the 5lb. Can’t wait to hit 30 days. (Btw I’m doing this daily) Day 5: did this as soon as I woke up :)
This was fantastic!! I really love how encouraging you are, and how you talked us through everything. I will definitely be adding this one to my rotation! Thank you for sharing! 😁💜👏🏻
This was definitely my fave video of yours ! Started off doing 2 lb weights struggling to get through your videos . Now I've bumped up to 5lbs+. Seeing a huge change in my arms 💗 congrats on your pregnancy btw !!!
Secretly this is one of my favorites too. I'll do the other ones 3x a week and this one 2 times a week for a month and I always see a difference especially when I've fallen off the wagon.
Just started lol 😂 had to stop at 3mins plus toddler on the run😂 but I love it I already feel results on my arms. Thank you for sharing this so much I can do in my living room
Thank you so much Annie! 💗 I am plus size, and I've been self conscious about my shoulders and back for a while, and after 1 month of mixing your arm workout videos, they look WAY better. I only use 3 pounds though, and it still kills me hahaha ❤ I get excited when I see you upload new videos!!
Love your videos they’re short and sweet & to the point. that’s what I love about it and that you can fit this plus another 10 minute video into your day and feel good about yourself thank you for what you give us keep it coming
Love your videos, i do your other video with 5pounds wt 5days a week and have seen great results. Have started doing this one twice a week now, thanks a lot for your awesome arm workout videos.
Thank you for a simple and effective lifting video. I feel it in my arms after three days of doing this workout. I will keep it up until I’m ready to move up a size and then keep going!
This ended up being exactly what I wanted. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
Amazing your a amazing inspiration and we need u we are grateful to have you inspire us lead us by example and show us how to try our best and feel more confident ❤🎉😊❤
I’m so glad I found this workout. This was my first time doing and it was challenging for sure! But I can tell it will be effective if I keep at it. I’m going to save this and do 1-2 times per week like you suggested. Thanks for posting!
God Bless from Canada. Im 58 and outta shape. Working on all this but I do know I cannot do 5lb weights yet in this video so its 3 lbs to see how it works out. I am 40lbs over weight and working on all this..
3 pounds is still GREAT! Do what works for you and as you get stronger you’ll know when it’s time to bump things up. Don’t be hard on yourself - you are doing it and making it happen 😊💪🏼
I did the whole thing. I haven't worked out in years. I cried but I did it. And I feel proud.
Great job! You got this :)
@@thatbeatlesgirl my arms were sore for a week LOL

My 35 year old nephew told me my arms are "cut". I'm almost 72 and been doing your videos almost daily since you started.
Sorry girl but I recommend to do different exercises, half these exercises are mainly for shoulders.
I'm starting my "workout journey" and this is a great start. Thank you so much.
Oh boy, I'm calling it quits at the 7 minute mark, hopefully next time I'll make it a little further! 5lbs have never felt so heavy!
Lol 🤣 I had to stop at 3mins but proud of you at 7mins. 👏🏼💪🏼🌷You got this
I stopped like two or three time but as long as I finish I'm happy 😁
@@ZombieloverTX I stopped at 3 mins too🤣 but its ok! We'll get there haha💪
