Her biceps are thick and powerful like Coach Annie's! I am amazed how strong the women are in the comments! I feel quite low and defeated.
Found your videos about a year ago. I started with your first batwings video with no weights and have steadily moved to 3 lb, then 5 lb and now 8 lb weights. Tonight was the first night I made it all the way through this video with 8 lbs and no pausing the video. Woo! I’m thinking I might have to move to 10 lb weights next. I’m not fast but I definitely feel stronger thanks to your videos.😊

I love your channel and your workouts. In fact, you're by far, one of my favorites. My only problem with this one, is that you move too quickly between each exercise. For example, I can lift very heavy with bicep curls, but then I need a few seconds to adjust my weights for the shoulder press. Although there are breaks in this workout, between sets, there's barely any time to change my dumbbells.

Don’t have my hand weights with me, only water bottles. Will try with them. Something better than nothing until I’m back with hand weights. Looking forward to November challenge!! Thank you so much for your videos!!
My heavy is still only 8lb haha! This is the perfect workout when I don't want to work out, it's so much easier to convince myself to arms over anything else! Thanks Annie!!💪
@annie taylor murtagh Those weights look just like my aunts weights hers are 10 pounds too but I'm looking to tones my arms I'm on the heavier side like I'm plus size so my arms are already chubby big I don't Want to look bulky with these weights so how many reps would u recommend with how many sets or do I just follow ur video please and thank you

I did not hear what size of weights to use.
I was using 10LB but usually use 15. But that’s pretty heavy.
