I love your works-out there simple and easy to follow, I got my mom‘s 2 pound weight and did your arm exercise and now I’m also doing standing abs exercise.. I love that it’s stand up, 10 minutes easy work out thank you so much 😊 I’m Working to stay tone fit and Shape to feel good about myself and live a healthy longer life: I hate being fat and out of breath I am trying to better myself 👍🏼

I was able to do part of this. I improvised some of it. Thanks to all the rain lifting my left leg my hip isn't working today 😅. I do feel better. I will try it again in a couple days. This was amazing.
Hi Annie, loved this as it was standing abs workout 🏋️♀️. It’s was a breath of fresh air to see this. Funny story my son took 10kg weights in his suitcase (hardly any clothes though) when we went to US a few years ago 😱😂😂. And he never even used them !!! Your looking amazing btw ❤️
Annie is there a workout for our core for us 65 and up with hip arthritis. Please we know u can come up with exercises we can do. We believe in you We love you Annie
