Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 2 lb dumbbells but could not even finish circuit 1 when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go rest. My MIL did did the full session with 15 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are powerful like Coach Annie's! I am amazed how strong the women are in the comments! I feel quite low and defeated.

Hello Annie, can heavy weights bulk you up, i have just turned 60 started doing strenghth trainnig and walk every day on treadmill need to lose weight for big holiday. Please help

I love lifting heavy twice a week to get more bang for your buck- I don’t feel like it bulked me up at all- definitely feel toned!
I love the heavy-weight workouts. The lighter weights don’t help me maintain my muscle strength.
