I didn't believe it was possible to do such a great and intense exercise in five minutes. However, I wonder if you share the view that strength exercises should be done very slowly because then they work the muscles more efficiently? Thank you very much for the perfectly designed and demonstrated exercises.💛

The same thing happens to me. My acupuncturist suggested moving my tongue up against the top cavity of my mouth whilst I do the exercises and obviously relax and this seems to help.
Back on this....I'm going to do daily...I hope plus alternate 6 min triceps blitz and heavy weight arm workout. But here in France by Wednesday we will have 35 degrees plus🙄🇫🇷👍
