I am 57 and my 90’s arm workouts are not available. U are the best. I can still use 1 lb or 2 lbs and get a great arm work out. I want to tone and not bulk. U really have the best work outs for the elderly 🙏

I was so tired after the first half of this video but I decided to push myself and try the bonus round. To my surprise I did the whole thing, and with 3 pound weights! I've been doing your arm workouts for a few weeks now and I'm really seeing improvement in myself so thank you Annie!

I love Annie's videos. I've been doing them for a couple years now .. since the big lockdowns for COVID. And the exercises do work ! I do them a few times a day .. commercial breaks ! And also first thing in the morning when I do my regular works : yoga or pilates. Annie is awesome !

Your videos are such a positive boost in my RUclips feed. You exude kindness and care! Amazing how great a burn you can get without weights. Couple suggestions...would love to have more form pointers along the way to know where you should feel it and what to avoid like shoulders creeping up to the ears and things like that that help you check in with yourself to be sure you are in correct form. Also the body loves to cheat by using speed or momentum to get through rather than isolating the right muscles so I suggest slowing down some of the moves to get the right burn rather than staying on beat with the music. Thank you for using your gifts to help others!

Love, love love! During and after the Covid shutdown I was going less and less to my health club, and yeah, I got less and less toned. Been working out with you for several months. Feel and see the improvement and have learned to love the burn!

Don’t have coordination to lock my core. I’m seeing differences. At first thought “bat wings” would be gone. There not flapping as much 🤣 I definitely can see difference when blow drying my hair…lol

Woman! I just did your first 5 mins without weights. Mr arms are shaking.. This from someone that's been doing your original 2lb weight arm workout as well as other weight workouts. Geesh. I'm taking a break and then continuing with the rest if this vid. (I did a 4 min. Standing abs workout first but thus us still taxing my fanny!)

Bye Bye Bat Wings is a good one, because the first week post op you might not want to use weights and that video requires no equipment. (perfect for sitting) Honestly all of them you can do sitting- the ones I don't recommend- Boxing arm workout and the 5 pound weight workout (too much twisting and heavier weights)
