Very helpful and clear. NOTE: This is so much easier if you don't use a loosely plied yarn. A tighter yarn with definition more easily shows where the posts are.

I watched so many “how to crochet a cable for beginners” and yours is the first one that makes sense and it looks so good!! I can’t believe I did it! Literally almost gave up so many time! Thank you so much!!😊

Wow, such a clear, precise pattern ,perfect pace & wonderful tutorial...I'm a dud at this cable thing but I think I've finally understood the geometry of it.

  • @abrlocd04

This was such a great tutorial I love how you continued to explain even past the first few rows even if it was a repeat of the pattern. I never struggle with crochet stitches cuz of my long experience but cables were a challenge. This helped me so much

  • @yolyrom7233

Your instructions are great. Everything is clear to see and understand! Thank you for sharing your skills!

  • @aineoloughlin

I love that even rows dont require any cable stitches. Thank you so much for thus tutorial.

Wait wait. Did I just see that right because I know I didn't hear it or read it with CC. Row 3: Last 3 stitches of HDC. The first 2, you did not go under 2 strands of yarn. You went into the BL. ( back loop ) And on the last stitch you went under both loops. I mean, I'm not being snotty but am I missing something? Is it the way you're holding the piece that it looks like I described? I ran the video in slow-mo to double check and it really looks like you went into the back loop on 2 of the stitches so I am a bit confused. If you respond, thanx! in advance.

As someone who never crocheted cables before, let me tell you that this tutorial it's amaizing, clear and straight to the point. In a couple minutes I had the cables placed and I was ready to do it myself without the tutorial!

Great video. After viewing many other videos for the cable stitch, this is the best one. Others are confusing but in this video she does a great a great job of explaining and demonstrating the stitch!!! Highly recommend it.😊

  • @kittz4430

Great tutorial. I always looked at crocheting as a bit stiffer than the softer knitting. But you have shown me a different side, and yes, I am going to try this and will look for crochet cable patterns. Thanks!

  • @corinnenygren428

Excellent instructor. Very detailed and explains it well. Thank you!!

  • @juneblender5735

Terrific instruction! You simplified a really complex pattern. Thanks so much!

  • @patrmendoza

I loved it!! So needed ❤

  • @judywooten5055

Thanks, very clear and easy to follow

  • @debbiehickerson842

THANK YOU! This was very easy compared to several other videos I tried. I made a celtic stye scarf for my son years ago, and he lost it. I couldn't find the pattern. I feel I will be able to recreate it pretty closely now.❤

  • @susangreer582

Thanks for this wonderful tutorial. Now I have to stop what I’m working on, and try one.

  • @beefthedwarf6886

Great resource! Your instructions were very clear
