I know how this sounds, but I don't even have a room for a yoga mat in my room, it's really small. :( I usually walk outside, but it's so hot in my country these days that it's not possible (even during the evening). @@muffink3731 Hi, Muffin! `Pilates was designed to injured patients, so you can try Mat Pilates Workouts on youb bed. I had a cirgury and stayed for 30 days on the bed, and leaved the bed with stronger back and arms then ever. It helped me a lot with the clutches! And didn't loose much muscles in my legs, so it was easy to make them good again.

Hi, Nina, thank you for your workout routines! If you allow a feedback, I think it would be easier to follow if while you are instructing about the movement, instead of already counting, the clock was stuck and you had the wod GUIDE, so the person would see or listen to imitate. And a specific sound for the Start of the routines would help those who follow liestening (as me, on the flor, I can't see, and while I don't know, the clock countig bothers a bit). And in the other side of the counter, the instruction if it is R, L ou R+L sides in each move would be great. If you notice, each change of routine one side loses from 7 to 12 seconds, while it is already counting, but in the beggining the person is not familiar with each routine. Then I had to get up, rewind the video so each side was even. If you first show, then start counting, it would make better startings. And in your first 20 min routine video I had trouble because I thought it was one side, but it was both, or vice-versa. With Guide stop + start sound + sides shown, your videos wold be even better, I think. Thank you again for sharing what you know!

Hi there Nina! Hope you are safe. I'm 15 right now and have been pretty insecure of my 15 inch shoulders for as long as I remember😐 I would like to know your shoulder width because in my imagination, mine are very broad. I'm 174 cm right now. And most probably would grow to a 178cm
It is genetic if you will get bulky soon. Although I definitely helped many clients with this!
