i just started the 21 days challenge, i'm on day 5. yesterday i did the intense abs pilates (+ the inner and outer thight) and i was completely fine, i wasn´t thaaaaat sore. but, holy guacamole, this workout was a torture, all the pain that i didn´t feel until now, definetly showed up. when the second excercise came, i relalized that yesterday´s workout was truly intense!!!! thank uuu
can you please do a targeted inner thigh workout to get rid of inner thigh fat because ive been struggling to loose it for about a year now and nothing works. btw love you workout videos!!
i would also reallyyyy recommend sanne vander thigh and leg workouts! they’ve helped me create a thigh gap in such a short period of time :) hope this helps
Maybe you are too tense or not engaging your core enough but probably you are doing it right but you should try it in the floor for better support or you don’t usually do this types of workouts and you will used to it when you get stronger
