omg I've been doing this workout (amongst some of your other lol) for three weeks and i started out at 69kg. today i weighed myself and i was 65.2kg!! thank you so much. its always been a dream of mine to be a model - and I've kind of kept it hidden away from everyone else because i thought i was too fat, and not pretty enough but your workouts have really made me grow to love my body again. thank you :) for anyone whose reading this - i really hope it helps keep you motivation up. in two weeks I'm going to put in my current weight and weight lost so far for anyone who needs the motivation - but remember to pair workouts with a balanced diet and plenty of water! start - 69.8kg week 3- 65.2kg week 5- (04/06/2022. update on 25/06/2022)

I am nowhere near a model body and about forty pounds overweight. I’m so intimidated by the gym and while I know these workouts aren’t meant for losing the weight I need to lose I have loved doing them! They have been a nice gentle increase into working out again and getting my body into shape. My left leg was not working like my right, and I swear it was having a seizure in the end :( but I love this workout! I’m in track currently, but I still don’t do everything I can or should, and I’m aiming to be a model, mainly runway, and this is a great challenge I’ll add to my daily routine!

don’t diet, balance, 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. One snack in the morning one snack in the afternoon. I’m not a model but I eat pretty healthily with one cheat day a week. For breakfast I usually have a smoothie or a yougurt bowl. For lunch chicken, rice and broccoli or eggs and avo toast. I don’t decode what to eat for dinner because my family chooses. For my two snacks I may have rice cakes or hummus and raw veggies. Dark choc is also really good for you. I do 1 workout a day for example today I did- abs, legs and cardio. If you don’t want to workout a suggest, yoga to get your body moving. Walking with your friends and family, or going on bike rides or runs. Remember you are beautiful inside and out anyway. You may be the prettiest most fittest person in the world, however that might not make you the happiest! Smile, drink water and do something you enjoy 🤍

I was very lean when I was at the worst of my ED, and I felt like I was dying half the time. I got into recovery almost a year ago and felt amazing afterwards. My only problem? I miss my old body still. I have been taking a break from exercise for a while and I now think my body is physically well enough to do it. I know that you can make at least SOME changes and remain healthy and not in the trenches of disordered eating.. and I want to be there. I want to be able to exercise again and try and eat a bit more healthily(mainly just adding more veggies, healthy fats, etc.) and continue to eat till I’m full and eat when I feel hungry. Of course I’ll always have treats when I want to, I can’t just cut out things. I’ve been doing this video about.. 3-4 times now at different points in the week, and I’m hoping that it’ll help with my confidence.

So Ive been trying to add more workouts that don't involve weights to my split, Imma keep updating this so that I don't lose motivation DAY 1: DONE Im rlly sweaty, did some cardio and weight training as well. DAY2: DONE I can actually see a difference. My abs look more toned DAY3: X I got the flu DAY4: same thing DAY5: DONE DAY6:DONE felt easier this time DAY7: DONE it was okay DAY8+9: X I did a lot of cardio and some strength training ing tho
I did these workouts combined with the 7,5 minute slim art workout from @ninadapper every single day without failure for 2 months and I just stopped eating mc Donald’s or pizza every Friday and cut out chips :) that’s all I lost 7kg and feel lots better

I did these workouts combined with the 7,5 minute slim art workout from @ninadapper every single day without failure for 2 months and I just stopped eating mc Donald’s or pizza every Friday and cut out chips :) that’s all I lost 7kg and feel lots better

Day 2: ✅ It was hard.
Day 3: ✅ It was hard because I had such a tiring day.
Day 4: ✅ It was very easy!

@@klararose1945 well..., honestly I don’t do this every 2 days but 3/4 and I’ve lost some weight( maybe it is not because of the workout but idk ahaha) also my abs are coming but they’re not really visible :) Also when I did this workout for the first times some exercises where rlly difficult but now I can hold it during 50 seconds:) And wby?
Day 1: Its so difficult
Day 2: A little easier.
Day 3: busy and didn't do it
Day 4: way more easy but I'm sore.
(I am doing this workout along with another 20 min workout)

45 kgs is very little I don’t think you should lose weight. It depends on your height tho. It’s easy to develop an Ed when losing weight so young

Walking on an incline will make you gain muscles which is good in moderation, but walking long distance is to just burn fat

I’m 16 and still growing but as soon as I’m 18 I’m going to go all in and get photoshoots and all so I’m trying to get a nice body but I’m almost at all the right pre portions and I’m tall Aswell and I’ve gotten taller so hopefully when I’m 18 I’ll be exactly where I want to be.
