15 minutes turned into 60. But this a good thing! I followed along and paused, applying the tutorial with a test of video clips I imported. If anything went by too fast I simply re-watched the seqment and followed the steps. Everyone learns a little differently, and this tutorial adapts nicely. EPIC!😁👍

I really don't like voice read overs from written text but this video "is" extremely helpful so I have no choice but to like it. I knew most of this but I didn't actually know how to do the dynamic zoom thing and this game me a couple of short cuts like I never ever even thought of using the "Lock" in place since I didn't know what it did and never knew the short cut to copy clips instead the method I used resulted in copies that often ended up where ever it felt like being lol.

Love DaVinci. The only drawback is the control panel screen; the icons and print are very small and grey, making them difficult to see. Are there any settings in DaVinci to change that?
Thanks for the tutorial. This program is so frustrating. As a beginner, which I get it might not be for, it is overwhelmingly confusing. I used the filmora app on my phone and it couldn't be simpler, but it has a watermark. So I downloaded this, and I've been searching for about half an hour just to try to find how to add some simple text at different times in my short video, but working out how to do this is like cracking a safe. There are so many programs like this, and photoshop etc, that bamboozle new viewers with a million specific things that only a handful of people might need to do, while making the super simple obvious stuff - like adding text that pretty much everyone needs to do - practically impossible to figure out without a tutorial.
I've been using Adobe After Effects and Premiere for 10 years, and ...............OH MY GOD THIS SOFTWARE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!!!

I couldn't find any setting to change the print or icon size. The only thing that helped was a better and larger monitor.
