My 11 the day: morning weight loss drink, today breakfast, lunch dinner elllame chappathi thaan respectively with Chana curry, egg & dhall.     These days I do yoga and zumba for 1-1.5 hrs
    I'm 98 kg I increased weight during my first pregnancy now my second baby is 20 months old and my first one is 4 yr n 10 months
    My weight us constant I couldn't continue my weight loss workout n diet
    Bcuz I have dress shop I'm running alone I'm taking care of kids n household chore, shop I end up with no time
    So if diet n excercise, I'm getting no enough time for it
    Bcuz of this I'm getting stressed also
    Note :my weight before my first baby was 62 , my height is 163

    I started 10000 steps walking for the past 25 days with diet.I followed your diet chart I lost 1 kg only. There was no dramatic change in my weight . But all them told you lost weight. There was no weight reduction . But some dresses are fit for me.From that I realised my inch loss.Thank you sister. If I continue this walking and diet chart am I reduce my weight?
