    Thus is one heck of a workout, you are very fit. I'm turning 47 in a few months and tried this for the first time, honestly I haven't worked out much over many years, although my job keeps me in fair condition. I'm gonna keep working at this, as I'm striving for maximum health condition till the day I die. Thanks for the video, salute, cheers, and peace.

      EVERY person is different, some people do well with just 6 hours of quality sleep, others absolutely need 8-9. I’m one of those who need at least 8 hours of sleep to perform at the highest possible level. I’d recommend getting 8-9 hours in
