Allopathic medicine in general seems to consistently overlook root causes b/c there is no time to thoroughly question a patient’s history. Thank you Dr Lam for being thorough & patient. May more doctors recognize your genuine expertise & follow your line of thinking.Bless you & your family!
I love your videos! They're always so informative and you break things down so well and cover the dos and don'ts clear and simple. The way you formulate a question first and then explain. I want to test out some of these on a doctor, ask them question on how they would answer when asked and if they can explain it just like you guys without immediately judging or coming to conclusion then I know I can trust them.
My holistic Dr. has me started on a 3 week high protein, high fat, high fiber (no fruit, gluten, casein milk cheese) daily electrolyte and D supplement then introduce fruit and carbs afterwards. I am day 8. Could this hurt my health? 😔
Your plan sounds beneficial for stabilizing blood sugar and reducing inflammation. If you notice any adverse effects, listen to your body and adjust as needed.
I had a bad reaction to a ssri which caused my crash although I believe I had been suffering with adrenal fatigue prior I’m on hormones and supplements I felt initially better in the first week now feel awful is this normal do I persevere with my supplements and hormones ? I am with a fmd doctor my muscle mass and weight have improved in the last 2 weeks but head ringing and muscle twitches and generally not feeling myself has returned
@ how long should the downs last ? Before you know your getting better I seemed better day 4-10 of the supplements now feeling as I did before for the last 11 days
My problem is that I can't do tiring things, otherwise I'm ok and I have a lot of energy and I sleep well but if I do something tiring I'm on the verge of a crash... any ideas please i m desperate

Thanks for sharing. It’s not uncommon to experience ups and downs when starting supplements and hormones.

Hi dr lam when is usually the right time for hormones?
Generally speaking, hormones are better accepted by the body in earlier stages of afs, but even then there are exceptions
