I really liked this workout as well. Thank you so much for cool down and stretch at the end as to many workouts only give a 10 second one.

Glad you're enjoying our workouts!! It's really important for me to make sure I'm providing you with a comprehensive exercise routine and a proper cool down is a big part of that. Take care and I hope you enjoy our next session :)

That's fantastic Bill! It's hard to give you an exact weight because everyone is different. The general rule of thumb is you want a weight that will challenge you on the final repetition of each set. If you can do more repetitions after that point, it's probably too light for you. It's all trial and error, but I always recommend starting lighter and seeing how that feels before slowly moving to heavier weights.
We want to stimulate our muscles without causing injury. So a slow build up is always the best strategy.
Also, you might want to look into getting a few sets of weights depending on the exercises you're doing. For example some exercises may require lighter weights e.g. shoulder exercises compared to back exercises.
I hope this helps you and if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask :)
