- On my way back home, I found a huge antique mall in Sturgis, Kentucky! I found not one, but TWO Fenton fairy lamps, many pixies, art glass, carnival glass and ceramics!

JEFFERY The 3-pc fairy lite is amethyst opalescent-not burmese. And the Rosalene that you like so much (me too!!!) is made with gold in the mix. When the glass is reheated a certain way in areas of the piece, it brings out the pink color which comes from the gold.
Never knew about Rosalene !!
What a fun ride. I'm a reseller in St. Paul MN. I have a couple of booths in the basement of an antique mall, Missouri Mouse Antiques. I've only been reselling for 18 months and I love it.

Wow! What amazing finds and the prices were great! As a Roseville collector, with a few pieces of my grandmother's collection, that fake stuff makes me cringe. Marked at 85.00, I probably would have put a sticky note on it that said "Reproduction." It's not fair for someone who doesn't know the difference to pay a premium price and the mall owners shouldn't allow it. BTW, I'm glad you went back for that gorgeous carnival vase. Enjoying your channel!
Oh my goodness, this place is amazing. I can't believe all the beautiful pieces . All of the booths were so well displayed. This was probably one of the best Malls that you've gone too.

Love that place!! We get lost in there quite often. My grandmother, mother and aunts all worked there when it was a pants factory. So glad they use the building and they have great booths!!

I don't understand the fairy lamp craze either but they are pretty.
Both fairy lamps were unbelievable! They are hard to find sometimes, but on that day Jeffrey found a couple real treasures!
You might get the hype if you bought a nice one and then lit it in a darkened room. Lots of them throw off the most beautiful patterns on the walls and ceilings!

Carnival glass was before Depression glass, from 1900 - 1925. The very tall vases are funeral vases. The dragon and grape low bowl is a master ice cream bowl.
Thank you soooo much for the suggestion of this store. My husband and I went today because it was only about an hour drive. We spent hours! Absolutely overwhelming options. It was a wonderful shop!

What a great mall, Jeffrey! Definitely worth making a trip to again. In that first group of real Roseville, there was at least one piece in that dark teal that I'm starting to become obsessed with. Of course the fake Roseville in the fake dark teal color was just horrible. But you don't often see that color... you see more of the pinkish/coral as the main color. You really got some excellent buys on this trip! 😎🌟🐆💖

I just bought a cobalt carnival glass swung glass vase very close to the one you got, a little different pattern on the glass and paid $35 for it. 17 inches tall. Love that deer planter you got. My hubby collects those.That fairy lamp! Wow! I always ask for a discount. Great video today!

I think the Fenton pink/white slag glass fairy lamp’s pattern is considered a strawberry. I only know because it took me forevvvver to find a piece with the same pattern. I thought it was a heart then pineapple….STRAWBERRY. I could be wrong but just in case you’re researching it and come up with nuthin… 👍🏾
