  • My name is Harry Jay Gibson.
    I'm an international athlete, representing Great Britain as a hockey goalkeeper for the last 5 years. Along my journey to this point, I have become more and more aware of my relationship with mental health, through the good and the bad.
    I wanted to contribute to the conversation during Mental Health Awareness Week, and offer up some of the thoughts, tactics, and routines that I use to manage my mental health and day to day life.
