    I prefer workouts at home 👍 less distractions and you don’t have to drive thirty mins to get there and wait to use the machines. Keep on the great work~

    Love your soft tone of voice.. The exercises put me back in shape.. Love it. Would like maybe more soft music related to yoga rather than lounge stuff but never mind , it's really great

      Thank you so much Dominique, I'm so happy to hear that 😊🙏🏼 and thanks for your feedback - the thing with music is not always easy, as we all have different tastes 🙈 and while most people like this kind of music I do have to agree that the music, especially in this video, was a bit 'too much' 😊 so I definitely keep it in mind for my future videos and try to find music that suits better 🥰 I hope you have a beautiful day!

    it amazes me how you did the whole session without breaks and with such ease🔥because I was dying and had to take a number of breaks 😅

      Haha you just made me laugh Kaymalisha 😂 trust me, I was really struggling as well, but every time I film a workout for RUclips, I really try my best to make it as 'perfect' as possible and while I might look relaxed on the outside, I'm often dying on the inside😂🙈 And I usually just film on days where I have extra energy, I'm not like that every single day😊 I'm always happy to read your comments, I hope you have the most beautiful day!!       I'm so sorry for my late response! But thanks a lot for letting me know! It's really difficult to find the right balance, as some people really enjoy it, while others might find it disctracting. Unfortunately I can't upload the same video without the music, because I delete the raw files after I upload it, they would need too much storage. However, I do keep it in mind for my future videos that the music won't distract the workout.. I will continue to add music to the workouts, because most people really like it. But thanks a lot for your feedback, this is really helpful for me 😊

    This is mostly an arm work out. I felt it more in my arms than anywhere else. It’s good, just not what i was looking for at all
