    Great Pilates flow, thank you Natalie. I’m working on my core strength. I can’t do a roll up without holding onto my legs. My goal this year is do this unaided to improve my back pain 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻💜

    Very nice one for a lazy morning 🙏 I am traveling and in the hotel room it's not easy to exercise as usual.

      Oh yess I know this feeling - doing a downward facing dog on a towel in a mini hotelroom is not always the easiest thing 😅 so a gentle floor workout can be very beneficial while travelling 😊😊 hope you enjoy your time whether it's leisure, family or business related ✨🙏🏼
