Oh yess I know this feeling - doing a downward facing dog on a towel in a mini hotelroom is not always the easiest thing 😅 so a gentle floor workout can be very beneficial while travelling 😊😊 hope you enjoy your time whether it's leisure, family or business related ✨🙏🏼

My 73 year old body returned to this class, still challenging, but doable 🤗.
Very nice one for a lazy morning 🙏 I am traveling and in the hotel room it's not easy to exercise as usual.
