30 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow | Full Body Practice

- This is a 30 minute full body vinyasa flow. The class starts with a standing warm-up and sun salutation before moving into the main sequence where each pose will be held for 1-3 breaths. The cool down consists of seated twists, hip openers and supine stretches.

Haven’t done yoga in years…the mindset to do it slipped away as real life came into play after college. But I found your vid and began crying through while I was doing the poses. Not sure why but having all the tension and weakness start to leave my body felt like a cleansing moment. Thank you for this! I’ll have to keep doing it every morning to stay on track

Thank you!! It’s so difficult to find a yoga flow on RUclips that’s a good workout but at the same time doesn’t have some obnoxious music or vibes that make it feel like a HIIT exercise class. You still have the mindful elements and slowness that is important for me to maintain in my practice. 10/10 awesome flow!!
Best! Just had a 10 hour long-haul flight and cant be a better flow and thing that I could do to my body and soul to recover and reflensh!

You are my new favourite yoga instructor! The way you instruct each move leaves me totally able to just listen to the video and concentrate on my movements instead of having to check on it every minute wondering what is happening haha. After the first 5 minutes I was starting to worry, but then it settled down nicely with the floor work. This was such a good balance of movement and stretching, good exercise but not exhausting. Such a good flow!!
I’ve been practicing for about a year and not naturally very flexible. I’m going to make this one of my regular routines. The flow is great and I can participate in all the poses and keep improving. Thank you for a great video for all levels.

thanks for the video I appreciate that you record the audio after doing the flow and that you make the left/right directions for the viewers. I like that you keep a simple camera view w/ good lighting so we can see the poses easily. I like that you offer easier variations without being patronizing. You have a good voice and diction; honestly, half of your video I'm just listening for cues. Also I'm glad you don't have loud or obnoxious music. Finally, while it's nice that you get to the yoga quickly, it may be okay to throw in a quote of the day or some stories or ask people to subscribe and like :) every now and then.

Such a beautiful practice. Energizing yet calming at the same time. I appreciate how you cue the poses. Not only how to get into the pose, but also, what muscles I should be contracting, or pulling in my stomach, or strengthening my back leg etc. It is very helpful, and I find it helps me to learn how to do the pose correctly, and keeps me safe while in the pose. Thank you for all you do. You are an excellent instructor, and I feel blessed to be able to take your classes online. Thank you

GREAT practice. Perfect pace. I feel strong and stretched and invigorated.
I can easily see doing this practice frequently and challenging myself more and more in these poses.
Music was good too. I often get irritated or distracted by music while I’m practicing but this was a perfect volume and swelled/subsided in all the right places to actually enhance the moves (and I almost never find that - kudos! I bet it’s a challenge)

I really liked this one - so many 30 minute yoga videos start with 5-7 minutes of breath work, then another 5+ minutes of breath/shavasana/coming out of shavasan at the end, you barely have time for an actual practice.
