    Am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. This is by far the best and most comprehensive workout I have found for healing diastasis recti. I have had five children and have made up my own exercises after each child that effectively closed my abdominals but now I'm seeing them here and I am enjoying these workouts so much! Dr.Amy, thank you so much for taking the time to post these!

    Wonderful as always - I especially loved the additional focus on postural muscles, it's definitely needed as a new mom! :-)

      Thanks Sarah! I agree - the postural/back exercises are difficult for me but so necessary.
