    I'm so glad I found this workout!! My sweet baby was a hair under 11lbs at birth, so my DR has left my core really weak and unstable. My beautiful child has also doubled his weight in the first 4 months, so my back is taking a beating as well! This routine hit all of my sore spots and already I feel stronger. Liked and favorited, thank you!!
