- Join me for a lovely 10 minute morning stretch routine in bed.10 easy exercises in 10 minutes to get you feeling good and ready for your day. These gentle pilates exercises are for everyone and especially nice when you just want to move but don't feel ready for a workout. Gentle stretches, a gentle opening up of the body and all the exercises are in bed so no need to put your workout gear on! These will improve mobility, flexibility and ease any pain on waking. Safe to do everyday ❤️

Grateful to you for this freely offered teaching! I’m only 30 but due to a genetic condition, my tissue is extremely tight, & very atrophied. It makes mornings even more difficult than they already are.
It’s remarkable the difference in how I feel from before I started this, to after. The combination of doing it from bed, the deep & energised breathing, and the gentle awakening of my tissue was such a lovely experience. I’ve saved it to do again tomorrow. Thanks again!

Dear Rachel thank you so much for your workouts I have been following you since before covid pre right total knee replacement my right knee is perfect now and the surgeon asked what pre and post physio I was doing cos it was during covid I told the hospital about your website he took a note and said he was giving your website to all his patients as I had a perfect post op result thank you for this morning routine I have severe osteoarthritis and was very stiff in am but now this starts my day off also Rachel you have the best most relaxing voice on the internet congratulations from your clients in Ireland

I’m new to your Pilates. I have a lot of pain with Fibro. Muscles burn constantly. Neck and shoulder issues also. I did 2 videos this morning and this video in bed. I am feeling relief with these stretches. Thank you so much for helping me ❤

I fall asleep as a dreamer on my right side but wake up on my back.
I used this as a cool down as getting down on the floor for stretching iis easy but getting up, not so much! My bed is just the right height!

This is amazing! I love how you did all the exercises on the bed that I have seen on the floor! I will definitely be doing this video tomorrow morning! I have SI joint issues and in the morning my body at times will be stiff or achy. And this is perfect! Thank you so much for this video! Can this also be done before bed? ❤
