Another winner, Rachel. I am 79 and have had both hips replaced. I am as active as possible and want to expand my activities. Your gentle approach to building and maintaining core strength is just what I need, since other Pilates classes are way more strenuous and harmful for me at this stage. I tend to go too fast, too hard, get hurt then get discouraged. I live in a very active community here in Bend, Oregon, USA and it is impossible to be here and not get outside.

I do these workouts religiously (almost everyday) and they really do make a difference. I started Pilatus because I have arthritis I'm 66 and have never had such a toned body. You explain each exercise so well thank you Rachel

I'd love to see more of these 15 minute senior mat routines please. I have been following you for almost 3 years now before lockdown and as my arthritis has worsened I. find I am returning to these older videos and getting so much out of them.
i think its a really great idea to have senior pilates.. because standard is pretty brutal.. I do that and have seen some amazing gains in mobility and strength.. but I cannot recommend it for a senior citizen. This is much, much better suited.. and if anything I think seniors could see the most benefit from it.. in term of quality of life, for sure.

Not feeling great today but wanted to do something to stay in the habit, and this was perfect. Gentle, short, and the stretching felt lovely. You truly do have something for everyone and for every mood.

Your class is so like my lovely teacher Bridget’s class which I’m missing so much and I have really stiffened up last 8/9 weeks. Now I can do a daily class with you and try to regain some movement in my very stiff back and replacement hip! Really appreciate these workouts designed for the over 60’s. They are challenging enough to feel I’m achieving something but not so challenging that they set up mental resistance, as so many ordinary Pilates workouts seem to do. I am gradually working my way through all your videos and finding several, including this one, which are perfect for me, so thank you so much for doing these. 🙏💕💕

This little workout has been a lifesaver. It helped me get going again after months of pain and restriction caused by bulging vertebrae. Thank you Rachel so much for your videos. I haven’t been able to join live yet. Just started doing Pilates with you a month ago. I am soon to be 65 and am starting slow with senior beginner workouts. I have always been active and in very good condition though I was diagnosed with FM 25 years ago and I only do natural remedies, eat healthy and exercise. I had day surgery last year to attempt to drain a very large splenetic cyst non cancerous. My activity level came to an ubrupt stop for 5 months and then was limited. I am not great with social media but I’m trying to find a way to support your channel financially. Again thank you.
I've been doing a session most mornings for the last couple of weeks and really enjoying it, its great to find pilates that is aimed at the 60+ age group. Brilliant! Gerardine
My wife and I do one of the senior standing routines followed by the senior mat routine every day. The improvement in our wellbeing, balance strength etc is remarkable. Since lockdown I have shed 3.5 stones in weight and the workouts keep me motivated. Thanks Rachel. Any chance of a follow up mat routine for the over 60's. Love the initial one but we want more!!

I would like to thank you for your excellent senior workouts. They are giving me hope. I have struggled to gain strength and I always hurt my back, it is hard to do a workout and then hurt the rest of the day. With your workouts I can modify as needed and not be in pain afterward. Also, I know I am getting stronger and eventually will be less like lay to fall. As an arthritic 68 year-old I truly appreciate these videos!
