The 12min Yoga for bedtime video from 3 years ago has been part of my night time ritual since it's release, and every time to this day I say "like Switzerland pelvis, neutral" out loud 😅

I love your suggestion to roll out of bed and roll right onto the mat--no phone, no coffee, etc. What a great way to start the day. Thanks Tim!

I feel like I’ve been following this guy since 2015 but I could be wrong- at any rate I took some time away from yoga and started again this year and his practice brings me back to a place of joy and compassion for my body and myself. I live in yoga-obsessed Los Angeles but I have never been one of the gals carrying her mat to yoga instead of brunch. I wanted brunch. But this is a fantastic yoga experience. I agree with everyone. Your humor makes yoga a thing I want to do every morning. Thanks Tim!

I don't know what I did to my neck and upper back in my sleep. I woke up with an ache and I could only turn half the amount that I'm used to. These practices helped me to diminish the pain. I'm grateful for that.
