I did yesterday’s breathing! Quite pleased with the twisting today, getting better at it and balance not too bad either for a 74 year old. Been doing yoga for about a year now and definitely seeing the benefits. Thanks Tim.
Really my hubby has started about 3 years ago with Tim. He is now 72. His mobility has improved amazingly! In all our sports, he is doing as week or better than most. Tim is part of that success. Thanks

This 30 day challenge has been so helpful getting me back into a regular practice. I used to teach for CorePower before Covid and then I moved to Hawai’i and haven’t taught or practiced much the past couple years. It feels really good getting back into the swing of things again, thanks Tim!

Life got in the way these past 2 weeks. I'm back, and today's practice was challenging in all the right ways. I wobbled a bit with the twists but found I could hold the pose a little better by not extending my back leg as far. Looking forward to the next day's practice! Thanks Tim.
The twists were great! Didn’t realize i could really twist and hold. Love these classes, I have finally found a TEACHER that is taking the time to explain how yoga should be practiced and why we move/breathe the way we do. I am feeling more open physically and mentally because of this class. Can’t wait for more!

First time commenting on that spectacular view you have! You know, if I stopped doing your classes now (which isn’t going to happen!), the one thing I will always remember are your pointers on 360 rib cage breathing. I find I think about that a lot throughout my day doing whatever, and it’s very useful when falling asleep to take your mind off everything. I enjoyed today’s twisty class. And, yes, that was a long hold in twisted crescent!!

Opening the session with telling us off for skipping videos hahahh priceless! I haven't skipped any so far but now that I know we are under watch I won't even consider it. Terrific practice and I loved the background birds, dogs and airplanes.
I tend to have back pain from all the sitting and so I love twists! This class, together with the breath work learned in day 7 video was awesome. Finally someone who teaches how to do twists, and generally practice yoga, safely 🎉
These are intense sessions and I love them. Today's twists were a new sensation. I got through them. At 61 years of age I am using strength training and your yoga classes to be strong and agile. Thank you for talking in detail how to position our poses.
Hey Tim, I've been considering finding a yoga teacher training to attendant as I've become accustomed to the modern school system of having a syllabus with exams and such. A yoga teacher of mine has now become a friend and I was sharing this development with him and he encouraged me (not verbatim) to develop my home practice. I did the breathing exercises, at first I didn’t want to do it but I paired it with the stretching exercises we’re integrating with our practice. I learned so much from the breathing video. I’ve been doing yoga daily for 3 years and just yesterday learned how to breath (from your video). Keep up your great work ❤

I dis this class yesterday together with the video about breathing . I felt that my legs were stronger and more stable all day as if I have more support from the ground. It definitely improved my whole posture and mood. But it was really hard 😂 Thanks for your work, Tim
That was great: the twist variations even made me more sensitive and aware to the cross of my legs at the end. You definitely honor your teachers, just like the chant to Patanjali in my Iyengar practice. (And even without breakdancing, the last few days could work as a dance: a 5-6-7-8!) Thank you! - Ray
I'm still here. twists are not too bad, adding balance needs work. I'm in it for the long haul. Learning to be more gentle flowing from 1 position to the next. Remembering to Focus on the breath is oh so helpful. Namaste 🙏

i started the challenge a few days late but am really enjoying it so far. i feel like i've already gotten stronger and my back isn't hurting nearly as much in the morning. applying the breathing practice from yesterday helped me feel very grounded after today's practice. thank you!

I did yesterdays breathing too! I was a little confused why it was so short but I understand today. My balance really surprised me and I completely understood how your explained how breath is related. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.

i started the challenge a few days late but am really enjoying it so far. i feel like i've already gotten stronger and my back isn't hurting nearly as much in the morning. applying the breathing practice from yesterday helped me feel very grounded after today's practice. thank you!
