    This video went immediately into my „yoga favs“ list 😍 Plus: I discovered only after that you just posted it - what a lucky coincidence, it made my morning a much nicer one thinking that probably somebody else around the world was doing the sequence with me 😌 Thank you Tim, namasté from Germany to you and all the other yogis here 💚

    Dear Tim. As one of the most NOT flexible girls in the world, you finally made me to do Yoga everyday! It’s been a month and thank you so much for your pure energy plus being handsome!!🤭🤭
    In my country we are in the middle of a revolution called #woman_life_freedom . We don’t have access to internet everyday. And it may going to be blocked for many days. So hope to see you tomorrow morning literally! ✌️✌️✌️✌️😅

    This one went into my favorites today. I loved this one. I love Half Moon and any balancing poses. Thanks Tim. I do wish you would include the savasana in the video. As my intention is to focus on the savasana at the end of practice, I wish you were still including it in the video. Having to get up and try and catch it before the screen changes is making that more challenging.

    • @yogawithtim
      @yogawithtim  Год назад

      I hear you. The thing is, the metrics tell me that not enough folks stick around long enough for the Savasana at the end of the RUclips videos. That’s why I don’t include it on all the videos. For the more serious students there are the CMC classes which all include ad free Savasana. For more information click here: timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement

    This felt so good! I never thought about how resting my forehead on the ground helped me feel more relaxed and grounded, not sure it that's why some people do that when they do prayers and prosternations but it does feel particularly good and powerful to do so. Plus as we're up on our feet all day we rarely get to put our forehead on the ground to experience this (unless we do those prosternation prayers or yoga with Tim ;) ). Not sure why i m sharing all of this... anyways have a wonderful day Tim!! Thank you so much for all those amazing practices!!

    My weakness is the neck. 🤷‍♀️ Could you include always a comment in which position our head has to be in a pose, e.g. looking up, forward, over the shoulder etc. ? I tend to do that wrongly and while balancing I am not always able to check on the ipad screen what you are doing without falling out of the pose… 😂

    I loved this one and it was the perfect follow up to the lower body mobility exercises. I didn’t think I would be sore, but I was wrong 😑 ❤
