- A class that yokes together breath, body, and mind in a flowing morning practice. This class's hip openers will help you build flexibility and strength.
This video went immediately into my „yoga favs“ list 😍 Plus: I discovered only after that you just posted it - what a lucky coincidence, it made my morning a much nicer one thinking that probably somebody else around the world was doing the sequence with me 😌 Thank you Tim, namasté from Germany to you and all the other yogis here 💚
You got it. Namaste
Dear Tim. As one of the most NOT flexible girls in the world, you finally made me to do Yoga everyday! It’s been a month and thank you so much for your pure energy plus being handsome!!🤭🤭
In my country we are in the middle of a revolution called #woman_life_freedom . We don’t have access to internet everyday. And it may going to be blocked for many days. So hope to see you tomorrow morning literally! ✌️✌️✌️✌️😅
In America, we take for granted so many things like constant online access. Thank you for sharing that 🙏🏻💙
Yes. I am familiar and I am with you!
👍
In my 60's and recovering from a car accident. This 30 day challenge is helpful to move forward in healing and strengthening. Thank you for easy to follow workouts.
You got. it. Thank you
Sorry for you pain. Good luck with your recovery work. This channel has so many wonderful exercises. You're in the right place.
@@heatherepstein2877 Thank you for the encouragement
You're always so positive & you make me feel good about myself & my practice. Thank you!
Awesome. Thanks
Hé I missed the link but fortunately we have been doing shivasana so many times I can do it without the video🤗🙏 the class feels so good also. I have some difficulties sitting and spreading but keeping the poses longer really helps me. Thanks Tim and a fine day to you all🙏
Thanks Pauline
This one went into my favorites today. I loved this one. I love Half Moon and any balancing poses. Thanks Tim. I do wish you would include the savasana in the video. As my intention is to focus on the savasana at the end of practice, I wish you were still including it in the video. Having to get up and try and catch it before the screen changes is making that more challenging.
I hear you. The thing is, the metrics tell me that not enough folks stick around long enough for the Savasana at the end of the RUclips videos. That’s why I don’t include it on all the videos. For the more serious students there are the CMC classes which all include ad free Savasana. For more information click here: timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
This class hits different after the breathing class! I got to hold longer in the lifted leg triangle due to breathing with the technique you taught in the breathing class. Thank you, Tim!
You're so welcome!
Been doing yoga for a while and I'm still not very flexible. I am slowly getting there. I am glad you mentioned that in order to get there, these poses need to be held for longer than a minute. This is a big help.
Holding the poses longer than just a minute! Thank you for bringing that back up. I caught that too!
You're so welcome!
👍
Tim, I've done several of your 30 day challenges. This particular yoga workout is my absolute favorite, and I keep coming back to practice it again and again. It's customizable, it's paced really well, and it targets a much needed area for office workers. Thank you!
Awesome! Thanks for the nice comments
Gosh Tim what a great class, chock full of vital information! I started this class feeling very shaky emotionally and physically but by the end and after the suggested corpse pose I feel reset. Thank you for being you 😊
Great to hear. Thanks Jen
Little prompts like “remember to exhale/breath to release tension in the neck and shoulders” are really helpful as I’m thinking about moving my legs side to side but as soon as you said that I felt my muscles relax. Niiiiice
Cool! Thanks Suzy
I love your humor, Tim. We are so focused and serious about a pose and suddenly you throw a hilarious comment 😂 that makes us feel light and relaxed, thank you!
Glad you like it Ivanna
All the arm/shoulder work at first, followed by the hips/leg work was a great lesson that the body is all interconnected and parts mirror other parts. Thanks, Tim! - Ray
You got it. Thanks Ray
The wind down with long holds at the end of the class... felt great 🥰
Awesome. Thanks
This felt so good! I never thought about how resting my forehead on the ground helped me feel more relaxed and grounded, not sure it that's why some people do that when they do prayers and prosternations but it does feel particularly good and powerful to do so. Plus as we're up on our feet all day we rarely get to put our forehead on the ground to experience this (unless we do those prosternation prayers or yoga with Tim ;) ). Not sure why i m sharing all of this... anyways have a wonderful day Tim!! Thank you so much for all those amazing practices!!
Thank you for sharing because it helps me to open up about my experiences with the yoga practice with Tim.
@@sandrabanko7491 awe thanks so much for letting me know!! :) You made me smile and my heart shine! I hope you have a great day!
@@eleonoreconstant Just keep sharing! 😊 It really helps🙏🏻
@@sandrabanko7491 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you Eleonore!
Thank you Tim, love your classes! Trying from time to time other classes on RUclips but always coming back to you… Starting and/or ending the day with your workouts is feeling so good and makes me calm… 🥰
My weakness is the neck. 🤷♀️ Could you include always a comment in which position our head has to be in a pose, e.g. looking up, forward, over the shoulder etc. ? I tend to do that wrongly and while balancing I am not always able to check on the ipad screen what you are doing without falling out of the pose… 😂
Cheers from snowy Switzerland 💃
Got it. Thanks Julia.
Love you, you made me laugh out loud with your jokes. I have lung cancer and had my lung removed. Your class is amazing. It's Losing my right side where they cut into me. Please 🙏 keep the videos coming.
Will do. Thanks Chris
This is the longest ive been able to stick to a yoga challenge and i don't see myself stopping 😅 thanks for this Tim 😊 your classes are awesome
Thanks Patricia. So glad it's working for you
Very cool to get a full body stretch AND stengthen with extra love for the hips. Half moon is one that has challenged me for years. Still challenged me today, but there was a chill NBD kinda approach to it that relaxed me into doing my best. 🤗 The mental and energetic approach to anything is everything!
Agree! Thanks Heather
Been doing the challenges since 2019 and have to say that I use props more now to really help with opening and positioning. It really works great for me! Thanks
Cool. Thanks
And again a beautiful flow, I felt my body and mind relaxing, I did day 10 and day 5 on top. Thank you Tim and Ollie ! 😊
Our pleasure!
Thanks again Tim! Wonderful practice. When I press the link to the guided shevasana, an advertisement starts up (much louder than your relaxing video) which we can "skip" after a few seconds.. but all to say it;s not the smoothest transition at the end of the practice. Not a big deal, but thought I would mention.
Thanks Lara. Understood. If it's too annoying for you all of my classes on the CMC have ad free Savasana included. Here's the link... timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
Thank you Tim and Bear. Have a wonderful day everyone 🌥
Thank you!
I didn't anticipate hearing the word "credenza" until I was about 73, so thank you for that blast into the past and future simultaneously.
Haha! Thanks
Thanks Tim- we didn’t know about staying in a pose longer for better stretch. That’s so helpful. Also haven’t done bound ankle In a while and that showed an area of need
Great! Thanks
So appreciated the cue of turning your femur in the hip joint. Almost three years with you. Still learning.
Cool. Thanks
Wonderful class. I was amazed by how effective resting my forehead on a block was for the last pose. Thank you!
Awesome. Thanks
Really felt the release of holding, loved it, thanks again!
Glad you loved it
Oh I needed this after working at my desk all day. I loved everything about today's class Tim and every day I feel better. It's 10:21 p.m. here and I'm now going to sleep. I'll be back tomorrow. Namaste
Nice to hear. Thanks Pam. Namaste
My hips have been TIGHT. This was a great way to loosen them up. Thank you 🙏
Great. Thanks Brandon
Really found stretching the hip flexor at same time as opposite quad(used my arm chair ) opened up my pelvis and hips!
Thank you
Good to hear. Thanks Paul.
The tip practising half moon pose against the wall is gold! I don't have enough strength and stability to do it free standing yet, so I always disliked this pose. Now, for the first time, it felt fun! Thanks Tim, see you on the mat tomorrow!
Great and glad you're having fun.
Great practice. I really love practicing half moon. All those planks and side planks are good too. Thanks, Tim! Namaste.
👍 Namaste
Thank you for your guidance and workouts, Tim! Besides the great workout, what I loved about this session was your reminder that if you want to make a difference in your body, you have to hold stretches for 60 to 90 minutes (error on the side of 90). Thanks!
Seconds, not minutes : )
Another amazing class! favorite part of my morning- thank you Tim ! Namaste 🙏
You're so welcome! Namaste
This was heavenly. Thank you, Tim. I too saved it to my favs which I will return to often.
Glad you enjoyed it!
great practice after a long flight. Thanks for helping my body open up again
You got it. Thanks
Love your sense of humour, you always make me smile, 😂 sending love 🙏🏻
Thank you!
Thank you for the welcome have been wanting to get into yoga for years finally found the right place to learning so much Thank you
You're so welcome!
Loved this practice. The hip opener at the end was wonderful. Used a foam roller to lean my head on. Very calming. Thanks, Tim,
Way to go. Thanks
Thank you Tim for a great practice this morning ! Sandra from Cypress, California. I was running late but still was able to get this day 11 and loved it!
Tim, do tell about this “belly breathing “! I want to know more. It might help me with the breathing cycles I do at my desk at work. Also, WOW 😳, the Half Moon against the wall! I’ve never tried before! What a difference in my chest opening and the ability to experience the full pose, without having to lock up for balance!!!❤ And also thank you for teaching the importance of keeping your chest open throughout the practice. Hey Ollie!
You’re welcome. Glad you got some nuggets from the class. Watch day 7 and 8 to learn more about the breath :)
@@yogawithtim I will do that, thanks so much 🙏🏻
Half moon was more challenging for me today but I was also more aware of what is involved. Thanks. On we go…
Cool. Thanks
Another excellent class, thank you. I loved the comment that resting the forehead on a block is very relaxing. It is!
Cool. Thank you
One of favourite stretches too, thank you Tim!! I am a few hours ahead with a time difference still doing this challenge hope that's ok if I do it a little later after it is uploaded))
NP. Thanks Nazgul
Thank you very much Tim. Such a good energy to begin the day.
Awesome. Thanks
I keep wanting to ask you to let us know where we should be sending our gaze, and appreciated when you did in one of the poses early in this video. Knowing what to do with your head and neck is really useful, and makes a noticable difference.
Cool. Thanks Erica
Great, great, great!! Out of bed, onto the mat! Loved this one 😍🙏🏻
Thanks, Tim and Ollie!
Haha! Yes!
Don’t freak out!! Good one today- thank you!
Hahaha! Thanks
Props needed for today's class; blocks and credenza.
Since my hips are always so tight, I welcome hip opening classes. It took away from the sore calves from yesterday's class. What's in store for tomorrow? Thanks for this, Tim.
You got it. Thank you
I am steeped in gratitude, Tim!
Thank you!
I got slightly behind and slightly doing out of order. This was soooo good! Thank you
NP. Glad you liked it. Thanks.
One of the best classes!
Glad you liked it. Thanks Amira
I love this session for the sore I felt when doing it. The moves are quite unusual and I begin to feel it as a yoga challenge. Keep up the good inspirarions Tim🌹
You got it. Thank you
I love the longer holds in the poses. It feels like a return to why I started doing yoga 15 years ago - calm and peace, yet fire and strength. Thank you!
Way to go. Thanks
Hello there, after the short class, this one was power!! Ready for a full day
Good to hear it!
I am loving this challenge. The meditation to begin and the relative ease of the poses is giving me a chance to focus on breath and form. Thank you.
You're so welcome!
I was sweating for this one!! Awesome class. Also I bought some new Brooks shoes, thanks for the recommendation!
You got it. Thanks
Still with you :) few days back but moving forward. Have a nice week!
Way to go!
Omg Tim, your approach is remarkably accessible. I am just getting back into yoga practice and yours are making me think that moving into daily practice is possible. This one is now a favourite.
Great to hear. Thanks
Thanks for this great class and learning of the day: Hold stretches longer than 60, better even 90 seconds 👍
You got it. Thanks
Thanks Tim that was a great movement snack and with humour too😂hand to big toe really made me chuckle, Namaste.
Glad you enjoyed it. 😉 Namaste
Thanks again, Tim! I was able to get that pose on the left leg!
Awesome. Thanks for the update Brett
Thank you Tim.
I’d be interested in hearing what you’ve learned about belly breathing as a lot of other yoga teachers I follow say to breath into the belly.
My son who 15 and loves working out at the gym has recently shown an interest in yoga, so I’m looking for good beginner shorts to start him on. I’ll be looking through your videos for something as he will relate more to you perhaps.
Amanda. X
Hey Amanda. Your son might like the ‘Yoga for Beginners’ series. In your Google search bar type in ruclips.net/user/yogawithtimvideos
On the opening page - at the top of the page in the middle - click on PLAYISTS. To the far right you will see a right-pointing arrow. Click on this arrow. Then you will see a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in beginner There are seven beginner videos for you to check out 😉
@@yogawithtim oh Tim, thank you so much for that. I’ll do this and work through some with him. ❤️.
This was SO good!! Thanks Tim! You brighten my day!
So glad!
I so appreciated this video - did it right after getting home from work and feel so chill and relaxed. Thanks
You are so welcome!
Another amazing class, with some great tips sprinkled throughout. Tim, great video & flow, thank you! 💪
You're welcome Rachel!
Today I am finally doing this relatively first thing 🎉🎉 woop for day 11
Nice!
Tim, my husband and I have been doing this series and we both love your humor and your style. We were just discussing that you would make a really cool friend.
Cool. Thanks. Best to you and your husband!
Good morning Day 11 @ 4:45am Hawaii time I can't wait to make time later today to practice 90sec stretches
Sounds great!

Yet another great class Tim - nothing feels better than a strong long and open half moon and always love the hip openers. Looking forward to tomorrow! 🙏🏼
Glad you enjoyed it
What a fantastic yoga session! I was able to go deeper in the movements through rhythmic breathing. Thank you and have a wonderful day ahead.
Thank you!
Fabulous once again. Thanks.
You're welcome
as a runner the series has been very helpful alongside your running stretch videos
Glad it helped
Thanks Tim 🙏

I enjoyed this one, more challenging for me as balance was involved again. My left side struggles a lot, but the right side is fine 🤔. Thank you 🙏
Ok cool
Again, a really nice start to my day. Enjoying the calm, gentle approach to yoga practice. We're doing this guys! Good for us. See everyone tomorrow. Thank you, Tim.
Glad you're enjoying it. 😉
Loved this today Tim 🙌🙏
So glad!
Hi! Love your classes, I have a question on after this one though. Can you please explain the difference between belly breathing and diaphragmatic breathing? I would love to hear your explanation of it. Thank you
Thanks! Here’s a video I made ruclips.net/video/L9_jZmdfZoY/видео.htmlsi=ATHOZX8Cq7-yQz04

Awesome. Thanks DeeAnn.
Thank you!
You're welcome
Awesome practice as usual Tim :)
Thank you Nazanin.
Thanks Tim.
You're welcome
I loved this one and it was the perfect follow up to the lower body mobility exercises. I didn’t think I would be sore, but I was wrong 😑 ❤
Sometimes sore is good... helps you understand where you may need to focus.
Refreshing! Thank you for teaching! :-)
Glad it was helpful!
Finally I know now after this flow, that credenza means "Kommode" in German. Liked your flow like always, thank you!
You're welcome!
